We spent a weekend here for a short break. Communication wasn't all that great when booking. There's no telephone number or email address, all you get is self check in details via text the day before. There isn't a car park so you have to park in the narrow road beside if your lucky enough to get a space. Just mind the parking restrictions, not really ideal if you have heavy bags. When we walked into the place, it seemed we had just walked into someone's house with shoes on the rack and a full fridge of food in the communal lounge area and stocked cupboards. The smell in the lobby and first landing was as if someone had been smoking, yho there were plug in air freshers around these areas. We found that the dishwasher does not work and there was no washing up liquid.

Our room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Nice clean fresh bed linin and comfy pillows and mattress. There was tea and coffee making stuff but no milk. There was no hand soap in the toilet. We had a booking for 2 but only got 1 towel to do both our hand washing and shower. Although some effort had been made to clean the room, some patches of the floor was sticky and gritty and some kind of pill on the floor.

The complex served a purpose and would be okay for the odd night, just prepare too be under equiped and have to almost fend for yourself. Then again this isn't advertised as a 'hotel' so it does what it says on the tin.
