To echo the review below, if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Salon is filthy- pictures online aren’t actual pictures of the salon. Had my eyebrows threaded by the owner who literally took off half my eyebrow and when I told her she said ‘oh, no I didn’t’ no apology, no attempt to rectify it just pure rudeness and dismissal. Avoid at all costs. She clearly wasn’t qualified to carry out the treatment and as a result has ruined my brows. AVOID!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The place should be shut down, never experienced such incompetence! Booked a wax via Treatwell and stupidly paid in advance. First of all the salon isn’t the same as in the pictures, it’s a different location and it’s so dirty, wished I’d walked away when I got there. Aman was the therapist and she clearly isn’t qualified at all, it’s like they just brought some person in from the street to help! She had no idea what type of wax it was I’d booked, left a complete mess, got wax all over my hand, had to tell her what to do throughout, just awful! Asked for a refund and refused so went through Treatwell and they’ve also been crap saying I have to go through the salon. Called the salon numerous times and they either hang up on me or say a manager will call me back which they never do. I’ve now gone through Amex chargeback for the refund. Literally the worst place I’ve ever experienced and everyone that works here is awful and useless, avoid avoid avoid!

Went to this beauty parlour as I had acrylics put on by another nail bar and wasn't happy amon was there she was very helpful did my nails beautiful and then I had a issue my nail came of but that only because My nails are short amon put a new one on fixed the others re painted and filled them with no fuss or extra coat a lovely lady can't wait to go back there

Please do not go to this salon. Look at the reviews, and look at the reviews on Treatwell. I didn't look and I booked last minute yesterday for a gel manicure without checking other people's reviews.

Beyond the salon being grubby, there is no proper equipment to take off old gel, give a manicure & apply new gel.

The lady who worked there (I doubt she is qualified) has destroyed my nail bed. Without acetone she used an electric file to remove the nail varnish & parts of my nail bed. She had one abrasive hand file and some rusty nail clippers. She washed my hands in the foot spa by the floor.

The gel paint looked like tip ex. She knew I was worried and kept assuring me it would be OK when she was finished. In the end it looked rough, with jagged edges and bits of skin everywhere. She had to use the electric file again to take it all off. I didn't even have to ask for a refund as they handed me cash. I would have left as soon as I walked in if I hadn't paid up front at the time of booking.

My nails/the nail bed are so sore. Please do not go here.

My nails are now sore and destroyed. This place should be shut down.

I just went with my friend for pre-booked treatment.
From beginning the lady was surprised to see me as no one written my booking, which I have called them on the day before as advised over the phone with salon.
As they was not prepared they can only do one massage today.
It should be one hour treatment with bubbly and chocolate. No one offered me bubbly or chocolate I was given tap water.
After 20 minutes of massage, with out my choice, lady ask me to get dressed as she finished.
I'm very upset, as it was supposed to be nice relaxing day out with my friend.

I have attached pictures of the place as was dump and dirty.
During the 20 minutes massage, lady phone was ringing and the relaxing music was on and off, which was very distressing.

I booked a hair cut via Treatwell, but when I arrived at the salon, they looked totally surprised. I was told they had no trace of my appointment and that no hairdresser was available. They suggested that I rebook. That was my first and last contact with this salon which incidentally looks tired.

Came in today and had my eyebrows done by Aman as I always do. She is completely amazing and I refuse to see anyone else!! Don’t ever leave!!!
