I am extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by this company. My father received a massage voucher as a gift for his birthday last year, and looked forward to experiencing their services. Unfortunately, life took an unexpected turn, and he spent a considerable amount of time in the hospital soon after due spinal cord injury which left him paralysed. As a result of his prolonged stay in hospital, he is now permanently disabled.

When he finally mustered the strength to remember the voucher, he asked me to take the voucher as a gift, albeit it is a couple of months past expiry now. However, when I went in to attempt to book today I was met with utter disregard for his situation. The voucher was slightly out of date, and despite explaining my circumstances, the staff refused to honor it. Their rigid stance on policy, devoid of any compassion, is appalling.

It is disheartening to see a business that purportedly promotes well-being and relaxation show such a blatant lack of understanding and flexibility. A reputable establishment should prioritize customer care and be willing to make exceptions in exceptional situations.

I urge potential customers to consider this experience before choosing this establishment. Their inability to accommodate someone who has gone through a life-altering event speaks volumes about their true priorities. If you seek a service that genuinely cares about its clients, look elsewhere.

I literally had the best ‚head neck back & shoulder‘ massage with Maria. I had to focus not to fall asleep as it’s was the perfect relaxing massage. She also used some techniques I never experienced before and due to my migraines and desk job, I do get massages quite frequently. And it was the best so far, I ever had! Everyone in there is super nice & friendly too. I found them by coincidence and I’m soo happy I did. Already booked the next session 😍
