I had the most relaxing and spiritual reiki session with Leigh whilst being pampered, and I can’t wait to return. Mind, Body & Soul is a beautiful place to relax whilst being pampered. Leigh is a beautiful soul who brings much needed tranquility to the world and is a true inspirational character. Can’t wait to book in again.

I purchased a Groupon couples massage as a gift for a friend, but the experience has been incredibly disappointing due to the merchant’s lack of communication and professionalism.

When my friend initially booked the appointment, the merchant failed to contact her to inform her that a staff member was unwell and unable to provide the service. Instead, they unilaterally changed the appointment from a couples massage to a solo Swedish massage, meaning one person would receive treatment while the other waited — a completely different experience than what was purchased.

My friend only realised this change when she happened to check the booking platform, and upon contacting the merchant, they confirmed the change. Understandably upset, she requested a new appointment on a date when both parties could receive their massages together, as originally intended.

The merchant was fully aware from the very beginning that this was a gift and that my friend held a valid Groupon voucher. She could have redeemed it at the time, but chose not to go through with a substandard service and instead tried to reschedule in good faith. Now, due to the merchant’s own delays and mismanagement, they’re refusing to honor the voucher and are asking for full payment — despite the fact that the original issue was entirely caused by them.

I’m absolutely furious at how this has been handled. My friend was put in an awkward position and although she received a wonderful massage with her husband. The booking process has been beyond disappointing. I wouldn't recommend booking with them through Groupon...

Really poor and unprofessional. We originally booked for a 50 minute treatment - 25 minute facial and 25 minute back massage for 2 people, with afternoon tea. When we arrived for our treatment, Leigh informed us that staff were off sick and that she could offer 20 minute treatments each. She also had not booked afternoon tea. We said we would rebook instead. On our second attempt we had asked explicitly that 2 staff were available so we could have the treatment at the same time. Before we arrived we received a call from Leigh asking us to come earlier- turns out she had booked us in for the wrong time. When we did arrive we were told that only 1 staff member was in so treatments would have to be back to back. We said yes, mainly because we were worried we would never get the treatments otherwise! Treatment itself was nice.

It was my first time visiting Leigh at her beautiful beauty salon, the location is so perfect. She could not of made me feel more welcome and relaxed. Her treatments are five star, that was the best facial and Indian head massage! I did not what it to end!!! It was just what I needed and I can’t wait to rebook with her very soon. I had a wonderful pedicure yesterday with Leigh. My feet look brand new. I’m a runner & they needed some attention but she worked her magic on them. It was relaxing & enjoyable having a natter with her. What a lovely lady. Highly recommend!
