Hayley is a fantastic masseuse and very professional. I have now had several full body and also neck shoulder and back massages and each time it has been excellent.
Unlike other masseuse’s I have used, you get the full duration, there is a combination of techniques and I leave feeling genuinely better and looser. Having recently paid for a ‘fancy’ and v expensive massage at luxury spa hotel (anniversary) it was no where near the quality of massage from Hayley. Highly recommended

I don't normally leave negative reviews but as a new customer, I was genuinely quite shocked at how rude and unwelcoming this lady was! I arrived for my 4.45pm brow wax appointment yesterday, approximately 3 minutes late due to the traffic. I know this, as i looked at my car clock .4.48pm and I hate being late for anything but I honestly don't think 3 mins is a massive deal!
Upon arrival I greeted Hayley and asked if I could park my car on the driveway, she responded rather rudely, 'if you had read the terms and conditions, you would know that you can, and you're already late for your appointment, so we don't have much time" I quickly moved my car and apologised. It felt a very unwelcoming and frosty atmosphere...whilst she carried out my brow wax in complete silence. Afterwards I enquired about the eyebrow tint and lash and lift and she offered up some available times but in the end I decided not to book in.
Whilst the customer skills were lacking, I will say that she did a great job on my brows, they look great and are very neat.

However, ultimately 1st impressions are lasting impressions with me so I won't be returning!

I’ve been going to HRM Beauty and seeing Hayley for around two years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. I’ve had all sorts of treatments done - lash lifts, waxing, facials, pedicures and every single time, it’s been perfect.

Hayley is so professional and really knows her stuff, but she’s also just a lovely, kind person who makes you feel completely at ease. The salon is cozy and comfortable, a really relaxing space, and there’s such a great variety of treatments to choose from.

If you’re looking for somewhere to go, I’d absolutely say give HRM Beauty a try. I’ve never had a bad experience, and I always leave feeling amazing!

A first time waxer here! I was a bit unsure of myself doing this but I am really glad I went ahead with it! The service was amazing and Hayley was very polite and gave me clear direction on how to prepare and get ready for the treatment. It was nice and warm inside and laying on the treatment table was also very comfortable and warm which really helped, I also enjoyed the soothing music in the background. During the treatment, Hayley was very professional and we had some friendly conversation which was great to distract myself, the service was quick and less painful than I had anticipated which was great you can definitely see she has great skill. Overall, I was very happy with the end result and if I find that I would like another wax treatment, I will definitely be booking with Hayley again! Thank you very much! 🙂

Had my first all over body massage with Hayley today. Probably the best I've had. Very relaxing atmosphere, so much so, I think I may have nodded off at one point. Really helped take away the aches and pains in my lower back. Will definitely be going back for more.

I booked in for 90 minute full body massage and I can say that this is the best massage I’ve had in a long time, if you suffer from aches and pains and like a deep firm massage then Hayley is your therapist.

I suffer from sciatica and have pains in my hips, thighs and glutes and she really hits the spot .

Just got back from a luxury pedicure with Hayley, which was fantastic. She dealt with every part of my pedicure with professionalism and adapted it where necessary to get a great finish. I will definitely return. Highly recommended!
