I came in wanting my eyebrows threaded but was convinced to get them waxed instead, and I really regret it. I specifically asked for no arch, but she gave me one anyway, and now the shape doesn’t suit my face at all. My brows were left too high and thin, which I clearly said I didn’t want. It felt rushed — like she just wanted to finish quickly since it was the end of her shift — and I didn’t feel like she actually cared about what I asked for. Now I’m stuck waiting weeks for my brows to grow back, and I had to pay £15 for a result I’m really unhappy with. I wouldn’t trust them with brows again.

I was visiting Aspects for a first time as this place was recommended.
The atmosphere is amazing, people who work there seem to be professional
But, Unfortunately my 75min treatment was not 75min as we started later, but just 60min and charged obviously for 75.
This was a disappointment. Also you can’t totally relax as you can hear loudly chatty clients next door while you are having your treatment.

First visit to Aspects Medispa since Sarah has taken over. Lovely warm welcome and so relaxing. I had 3 areas of Botox. I knew I was in good hands knowing Sarah has years of experience and just completed her Masters degree! I was further reassured I was in good hands when she advised me that the product she would be using was the original OG Botox…Not some cheaper product. The treatment was painless and also lovely to have a filler consult included in the time. Can’t wait to go back.

Just had a facial here for the first time, I had the pro 60 min with add on L.E.D light therapy. I had emailed the salon before booking to see what they suggested, Karen replied very quickly and was brilliant. From walking in to the salon I felt welcome, the atmosphere is just perfect, calming and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and professional. Nooshin was my therapist and she was brilliant, made me feel relaxed and valued as a customer, took time to explain how the facial would work, about the light therapy etc. I would happily go back and would recommend this salon. When Sara does my mani and pedi, it lasts for weeks. They have a variety of colours for gels and normal varnish. Finished off with a gentle massage.

I have also had facials with Daisy - they are great for your skin and value for money. Waxing services are also great - painless and efficient.

My partner and I also get massages - they accommodate both of us in the same room at the same time. Both Sara and Daisy are brilliant, just enough firmness to relax the muscles and remove the tightness.
