Clean rooms. Young Check in assistant was brilliant. Happy and helpful. The tv was odd, wouldn't turn on when we tried multiple times. Then it started turning on every 5 mins through the night lol. Walls are thin enough to hear the neighbours having fun but you get what you pay for. Not bad

Staff looked so miserable! Lady taking breakfast payment rude! If i treated my patients and colleagues in that manner i would be expecting somebody to have a quiet word with me.
Previous occupants sock in my room.

Welcoming welcome on arrival ,
Good price for room especially on a bank holiday (good friday)
Room was okay was clean and tidy however bathroom smelt awful 😖
Was a damp smel badly and sewage smell too
Towels provided were musky smelling also
Noticed the smell more when put on extractor fan
Location is Good but not for a peaceful sleep if a light sleeper
Busy road early hours in the morning aswell as a plane
We went and had a carvery the evening on arrival and wasn't clear to how to order but went to bar and ordered from there but communication wasn't good as we had to figure out where the carvery was etc not big problem but was a little rude basically heres ur glasses drinks are over there pointed and left
Food was Good thou
We also had Brekfast . Went to bar ordered and lady was very polite and helpful and told us where it was etc but this occasion food wasn't good . Bacon tasted off and ruined whole breakfast

All in all a cheap night stay
However the bathroom needs attention

After finding our room had been left with the door ajar all day and that booking a table meant that you still queued for a table we left a day early
despite paying for the night .

The rooms are fantastic very clean absolutely outstanding service from check in to bar to room. Levi and tia absolutely professional and happy to help ( I only dealt with tia and Levi ) the staff are kind and considerate I would highly recommend this hotel

The Food and Marie & Courtney were amazing the whole week that we stayed. Nothing was ever too much from them. Only downside was the room was too warm and had a damp smell.
