Guests need to be advised of lack of facilities re eating - local pub was closed the night we stayed; would have appreciated having heads up on maybe bringing a picnic for tea? Other than that we'll definitely recommend and personally use you again.

Was over for 2 days as had appointment, nice rooms and comfortable bed and very clean , bus stop across the road at airport to go into town as nothing around the area apart from WH Smith in airport and the cove cafe and there only only when there’s passengers about which was very quiet when was there . Suggest to take food back with you 👍

A superb place to stay if your travelling and don't have a car, right next to Exeter airport 5 minute walk. Super rooms with a nice double bed and shower included.
Colour smart Tv with Netflix and good selection of channels also utube and remote control

Only one thing to remember is this location there are no shops to buy food for your stay. I suggest you bring food with you and you can eat it in your room.

Tea and coffee provided and nothing to store food over all l recommend this place quiet place no outdoor activities as your in the middle of a car park but it's generally quiet at night not a sound from carpark or planes at night with a open window .

Fair oak works on a collect key basis in a security box no people in attendance but overall a well laid out place to stay and well maintained by staff. Highly recommend this place for the traveller

Perfect location to take the worry out of an early flight or late arrival back to Exeter. Only a couple of minutes walk to the terminal.|Easy to get to by public transport, we'd got the train to St Davids, then the bus from outside the station which stops right outside the terminal. The only downside, if you have no transport there isn't anywhere near to eat.|The room is comfy with everything you need for a night, very quiet too.|Would definitely stay here again if flying from Exeter.

Clean, comfortable, good value and very convenient for Exeter Airport. Probably two minutes walk from airport and parking on the doorstep. The property is in fact set within a car park but we had no noise overnight at all. The mattress is very comfortable and everything was very clean with tea, coffee and milk sachets provided. Adjustable heaters, large tv. No toiletries only a small soap. ||TRAVELLER top tips: bring food with you as there is no breakfast supplied (or eat in airport cafe that is past the security area) and unless you have a car you cannot get an evening meal.||POINTS for PROPRIETOR to consider. A very efficient gentleman is at the end of the mobile phone - I missed seeing the key box code on the invoice that is emailed to you the day before. (Code is on the left-hand side halfway down the page). Perhaps the manager would be very thoughtful and provide a suitcase rack or two in the room. It is difficult to have to keep going to floor level to pull things out of the suitcase, and I’m sure they wouldn’t want the sofa constantly used as a suitcase rack. The sofa is the only place for Guests to sit and watch TV. Some coat hangers would also be welcome too - there is a small rack of 4 coat hooks in the room. Also a plastic chair or stool for the large wet room (we stayed in room 1) to put a bathroom bag on. I do think a shower curtain would be a good idea, there is a rail with hooks ready for one. It would stop water splashing over any bathroom bags which at the moment have to sit either on the floor or the top of the loo as there’s nowhere to put them. For what we paid and what we got it was very reasonable, I was highly recommend it with the couple of improvements mentioned above could make it very good indeed. If the owner wanted a side line, I’m sure providing,for a tariff, a pre ordered breakfast box and/or supper box with pre-packed items it could be most welcome. We travelled on foot as we were dropped off in the car park of the night before. Sometimes you have to reinforce the obvious. A big sign on the front of the house, saying it is ‘Fair Oak House’ would be a very good idea with an arrow, pointing to where the entrance door is would be helpful, especially if it’s dark and raining! We have, in fact, I stayed here before many years ago, but to the new arrival with so much in the area, such as car hire, signs, barriers, entrances, a nice big clear sign on the front of the house and side facing the road would be a very good idea. |Don’t be alarmed if the entrance car park barrier next to the house entrance area itself is down as it is all recorded, they can tell the difference between someone being dropped off and someone trying to sneak in for free parking as it is in an ANPR barrier. Tons of car parking.

Really good check in procedure after a very late flight. 2mins walk from the airport next to their excellent parking service and a nice clean and airy room. Comfy bed and even with the window open the road noise wasn’t too bad and certainly didn’t stop me sleeping.

Lovely big clean room and space, lots of parking, about 10 yards from the airport but still nice and quiet. Lovely managers/staff - thanks for the taxi recommendation, cute puppy cuddles and chasing us down to make sure I had my water bottle on a super hot day! Really would recommend
