My husband and I stayed at the Blue Barn Farm overnight on a Sunday, The Welcome was second to none. Coffee was served in lovely china tea cups on our arrival, with a plate of biscuits, flap jacks and mini rolls. We were quickly showed to our room which was very warm and homely. We had a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. There was everything in the room you required, tea and coffee making facilities, there was also sparkling water, still water and a cookie jar of biscuits :). We were asked if we liked everything for breakfast of which our reply was yes. Imagine our faces when we went down for breakfast in the morning to find, orange juice, half a grapefruit, then cereals followed by a beautifully cooked Full English breakfast. There was enough toast to feed a whole family with 2 different types of jam, marmalade and Local Honey. The Farmhouse itself is one of the nicest we have ever seen, it is full of character and a delightful place. What can we say about the owners, we had the warmest of welcomes they made us feel at home, if you want a great place to stay with charm character, plenty full food then book this place, you will not regret it.

Stayed at Blue Barn Farm overnight on 2nd June 2012 with a gift voucher from Activity Superstore.||The welcome was fantastic, very warm and homely. The Farmhouse has great character which set the tone for our stay. It was lovely and quiet, with fantasic views from our room. It was clean and a lovely place to just relax.||Breakfast was beautiful, home cooked and tasty, with a selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt as well as cooked.||A wonderful place to just go and do nothing but chill out.

My family and I stayed at Blue Barn on March 14, 2013. This was the third time for myself, as I had last visited about 20 years ago when I was a young girl. It was wonderful to go back and see everything in almost the same condition as I remembered it. June was very welcoming and I felt like I was visiting a relative. We all felt very at home in the sitting room. June let the kids play with the old organ which they of course loved and her son brought over his pets for the children to play with which was so sweet.||The bedrooms were comfortable and super quiet. Breakfast was full English and delicious as usual!||Upon leaving, June gifted the kids with a little orange and a Cadbury Creme Egg, which totally made their day. We felt very comfortable and it was sad to yet again leave one of my most favorite places in Britain! Hopefully will return sooner than 20 years next time!

Lovely old Victorian farmhouse run by an elderly lady who is a great character. Upon arrival we were given tea and buns in the parlour (for such it was), and this set the tone for an enjoyable stay. The B&B is at the end of a long farm track so youi really do feel you're miles from anywhere, very peaceful, highly recommended.
