Unassuming and welcoming little cafe in the heart of Muswell Hill . Simple food for the soul. Perfect for a coffee or brunch. Love the tiny carp pool. Best when sunny and warm outside.

Cozy spot, I visit often. The waitresses are always so very nice and welcoming.

They all kinds of sweet treats like ice cream, tea cakes etc. They also have healthy shakes.

They're open for breakfast and lunch. They normally close at 5pm.

I have to mention that there is comfortable seating both upstairs and outside along with a kiddy play section.

Ideal local place for a bite to eat or coffee in a relaxed and laid back environment.

How do I even start with the Crocodile Cafe? The first time I went here, for only three people in a non-busy environment, our food took over 45 minutes to come. The second time, the staff confused our order two times, and forgot bacon with the eggs on toast even though we explicitly asked for it. The cafe’s only two saving graces are A) the lovely outdoor seating and B) the food. But overall - you can find a better cafe out there! You have been warned!

I love this cafe, it’s close to bus stops and the main road at Muswell hill Broadway.
The stuff is so friendly and very welcoming, quiet place to drink a coffee, hot choc, smoothie or tea. They got food as well in their selection and I love the way you can enjoy a nice terrace or upstairs a quiet cosy sofa/ chairs area. Full of books and a spacious comfy place to rest. Also is dogggg friendly !!!!!

Cute cafe with great indoor and outdoor space. Simple selection of drinks and cakes. Great views upstairs but also little garden outside.
Connected with shop, however the service there wasn't good and most of stock is cheap quality chinese made stuff.

Haze

The food is generally good and the servers are polite but there has been a few occasions now where we have turned up and told that the kitchen is closed. This is usually a few hours before the closing time. Today, they stopped serving as the kitchen was “overwhelmed”. This was at 1.15 pm. If you want to eat here, it’s best to call and ask what time they are closing.

A lovely hidden gem in Muswell Hill
Lovely garden with plenty of sunny and shady places.
Food and drinks are fantastic value. Fresh and high quality ingredients, with a varied menu.
I really enjoyed the sunshine breakfast and was particularly impressed with the scrambled egg.

Staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks arrive promptly.
