I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Knights Hill Hotel & Spa and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, making check-in effortless and ensuring I felt at ease straight away.

The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with lovely touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly cosy and I slept soundly throughout my stay.

The spa facilities were a real highlight — relaxing, clean and never overcrowded. I especially enjoyed the pool and sauna, which made for a perfect way to unwind. The gardens and surrounding grounds are beautifully maintained and added to the overall sense of peace and escape.

Breakfast and dinner in the on-site restaurant were delicious, with plenty of choice and excellent service. Every member of staff I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay special.

Overall, I can’t recommend Knights Hill Hotel & Spa highly enough — whether you’re looking for a relaxing break, a romantic getaway or just a little bit of luxury, this hotel delivers on every level. I’ll definitely be return

A little bit old fashioned but in good order. The room was spotless. Never seen a bathroom in a Hotel so clean before. Very attentive. Excellent gym and spa facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Good quality products for English breakfast. If you prefer sweet or fruit in the morning, I found it could improve.

After being in King's Lynn for the day for work, I made a last-minute booking as I wanted to see the Sandringham Estate. Very friendly service at reception and easy to book a room last minute for me and my assistance dog. Clean and bright room with a window that opened to a beautiful view of the Norfolk sky. I had dinner in the pub - fish and chips, and the fish was so fresh—excellent service by all. Breakfast was great too - lots of options and food was fresh and local. I loved this location as it was outside of the busyness of King's Lynn and was a nice quiet retreat after a busy working day. It was only about 15 15-minute drive to Sandringham Estate as well.

Recently stayed the night here before I got married and then the night of our wedding. The staff were helpful, supportive, complementary, stored our flowers in the chiller room to keep them fresh, before heading to the wedding venue my garden suite was an absolute bomb site. On arrival back after the wedding with my husband they had cleaned the room, made the bed, scattered petals, it was absolutely a beautiful surprise. The rooms, beds, cleanliness was all so perfect x

The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. Rooms are spotless, public areas are regularly sanitized, and the spa facilities feel fresh and well-kept. Housekeeping is thorough and consistent, with daily service and attention to detail.

Lovely stay, room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed! Very peaceful nights sleep wasn’t disturbed at all by road noise considering the hotel is next door to a very busy road! Decor was abit dated but in good condition shame there wasn’t a fridge in the room to store cold drinks etc! Staff were all very friendly and inviting, general cleanliness of the hotel was very good, the swimming pool etc was very nice and clean! Breakfast was nice also with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks, restaurant food was very nice also and very generous with what was plated up and the prices were okay also, good selection of alcoholic drinks at the bar aswell! Will definitely consider coming back if we stay in the area again!

We stayed for a few nights and found the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Our room was lovely. With rose petals on the bed in the shape of a heart. Which made us smile and was a very romantic touch. We had a corner room with great views of the gardens and tennis courts, which seem ton have been long forgotten. The breakfast was lovely and gave a good choice of breakfast options. We made use of the spa while we visited. The spa has seen better days as it’s tired and is soon undergoing a major renovation. The spa and gym seem to be vey well used by its member. The staff were very helpful and made our visit lovely. |I would over all recommend this as a place to stay. However the vibe was calm and chilled.

In the last few years my mobility issues have become very serious and I now have to use a wheelchair when I go out and about. This has had an enormous impact on my every day life especially when staying in hotels . Although quite a few hotels claim to be disabled friendly, in many cases they really don't have a clue. However I am delighted to say that the Knights Hotel had a perfect room for me. Now admittedly it was only one room , but it was great. it looked on the surface like a normal room. wide enough for my wheelchair, beautifully decorated. It was our wedding anniversary and they had even put rose petals on our twin beds. The bathroom had grip rails and a wet room with a seat. We were on the ground floor and it was easy to get to the bar and dining area. All the staff were very friendly without being patronising. Unfortunately I had to cut my visit short because of ill health but I would definitely stay there again.
