Liked: We absolutely loved every part of our stay at Stamford Meadows Glamping. The entire experience was peaceful, beautifully set up, and exactly as advertised — if not better! The yurt was spotless, cozy, and wonderfully decorated, especially for our anniversary. The pre-lit hot tub was ready when we arrived and made the evening extra special.

The host was incredibly thoughtful and helpful from the moment we booked — their attention to detail truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. The celebration package with balloons, flowers, banner, and custom cake was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Everything was calm, private, and beautifully maintained, from the garden to the honesty shop.

We left with unforgettable memories — a perfect glamping getaway!

Disliked: Nothing at all — everything was exactly what we hoped for.

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay. The yurts are so beautifully furnished and everything is also very practical so you lack for nothing. So much space to sit outside in the sun and the little cookhouse is amazing too. Amelia greeted us and showed us everything even though we arrived quite late, thanks again for that. We wish we could have stayed longer because it was an absolute dream. Stamford is a wonderful place to visit and since my dad is from there we will always be back. Looking forward to our next glamping experience. Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a most enjoyable time in Wild Thyme Cabin, Amelia and Yogi made us feel very welcome, the facilities are superb with lots of nice touches in the cabin and the benefit of a private shower room, it just could not be faulted, our stay was so restful with the added benefit of a lovely hot tub which we had chosen to have heated up for our arrival, perfect after a long journey! Stamford itself is a lovely town with superb pubs and restaurants (Amore Italian is amazing). I know we will be back.

I’m not sure where to begin but all|I can say is this place is absolutely incredible!! It’s so beautiful, really well thought out, so you really don’t need to take anything with you that you’d expect to take for a glamping trip! Amelia and yogi really have covered everything. It’s amazing. The full glamping experience with lots of added extras. Nothing was too much trouble for them either Thank you so much for an incredible weekend. We will absolutely be back. |We hired the whole site out and The yurts and the cabin were outstanding! On arrival there were even balloons and banners set up for us, as id told them it was to celebrate my sister getting married in a few weeks. Wheel barrows on the drive for ease of taking your belongings down the 30 second walk to the site. |I loved how there was washing up liquid and cloths and even shower gel/hand wash in the “posh loos” as we called them, they really did cover everything. |Thank you so much again for such a beautiful weekend. |Natalie and the hens!

What a wonderful experience. The Yurt was very clean and so comfy and spacious for us 3 and 2 dogs. The outside area was very private and immaculate, with everything you need to enjoy a tranquil break. There's a lovely wooden kitchen, where Amelia and Yogi left us some breakfast treats. They were amazing hosts, thought of every little detail to make the experience magical. In a prime location, with lovely walks on the doorstep and Stamford in easy reach. I would truly recommend this amazing retreat, and will definitely be returning. Stephanie, Mark and James.

My boyfriend and I took Clara the camper van to Norfolk for two nights. We’ve never been on a camper van holiday and weren’t sure what to expect but we absolutely loved it.
The bed was really snug and comfy with a real duvet, pillows and black out things for the windows. The little kitchen was very easy to use and was the perfect set up for a simple supper and fry up for brekkie. It was all very cosy and the heater meant that even on chilly evenings you could feel very snug. It was easy to drive and park.

We stayed at High Sand Creek campsite in Stiffkey which had beautiful sea views, warm showers and clean facilities.

Yogi took his time explaining everything about the van - how to get the roof up, use the various gadgets etc… which meant it was a breeze to set up when we got there.

Overall a fabulous trip! We’ll definitely be taking Clara out again soon 😊

Liked: We loved everything about our stay! It felt so luxurious and everything had been thought of. The location was perfect, with the meadows directly behind the site and Stamford just a short walk away. It was the perfect place to stay with a 6 year old and a dog. Amelia was really friendly and helpful, she even let us check in early. We will definitely be back.

Disliked: Nothing!

Just returned from a wonderful stay! Didn't want to leave! Yogi was so helpful. He was there to help if needed, but left us in peace. We didn't get time to use the hot tub unfortunately as we spent the days locally at Rutland Water and Burghley House ( both lovely days!)
Would love to return to Stamford Meadows Glamping.
