This is a beautifully immaculate park. Its very well kept. We stayed in a pet friendly caravan which was lovely and clean. The staff are all very hardworking. We would just like a special mention to Sadie and Chloe and to thank them for the nice welcome they showed us. They were so helpful with everything. x

Had an absolutely amazing holiday my husband, myself and 10yr old special needs child! The caravan was lovely and spacious and the site clean and not noisy. The swimming pool was advertised as an indoor and outdoor pool, but as it wasn't the school holidays only the indoor pool was open midweek, which was dissapointing as there were people trying to swim but not enough space to keep away from others playing! Also the pool was closed on Monday and Friday which was very dissapointing! |The entertainment was amazing due to the care, understanding and patience with our special needs child! |The new entertainment manager Jay was great as was Courtney and Amber, but paticularly Courtney. They all really helped our little girl have the holiday she deserved, dancing, singing, playing games and doing the things she loved the most! They were totally inclusive with her and the other children and for that all of us had a great time!

Our caravan was lovely and clean and Lovely clean white bedding.
It's not far to walk to the beach and tesco is just over the road. The swimming pool was lovely and clean went in it every day. Staff were all polite and friendly, even the gardeners workers waved.
Only one thing we were disappointed we did not had table and chairs outside. We were on Chelsea 42 site.

Just got back from Manor Park this morning after a weekend away there in one of their chalets. My family and I had an amazing time away and Manor Park was amazing and so lovely. Such a short walk from the beach and great shops and facilities around near by the park. They had great entertainment, the chalets were in immaculate condition and the mobile homes look amazing just from walking by them one morning. The staff are super kind there and the services they provide are great. We had a number of staff knock on our door making sure everything in our chalet was clean, safe and fit to our pleasure and they were all so kind. Definitely going to see about purchasing a mobile home in the future and very exited to return!

Great place 2nd year here and overall experience 10 out of 10.
Great location, value for money, accessible, close to Tesco, close to sea life world. Close to beach. Great for dogs. Such a dog friendly area. Easy reach for Sandringham and a short scenic drive to Cromer and a slow meader along the Beautiful Norfolk coast.

We have been coming to Manor Park every year for years and the entertainment is usually underwhelming. ||We went on a Monday night and it was the best entertainment that we have seen for years. The atmosphere was great. ||Jay kept us entertained all night with the quiz and karaoke and was interacting with the guests. We hope to see him again soon! ||Also, Raquel from the security team makes you feel welcome and safe every time you go to the entertainment complex. She takes her time to talk to everyone and she is a credit to Manor Park.

Had a great stay in a 4 bedroomed lodge with family and friends. The lodge was perfect for the 8 of us with everything you need.|Used the entertainment hub for the music events in the evenings and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jay the entertainment manager was very obliging with our song requests and very friendly.|Excellent short break.

Great location and pretty good disabled caravan. Access ramp & corridor width was good.
Bathroom facilities were ok, toilet has grab rails both sides, shower has a seat and rail on one side, sink has rails on both sides. The weird thing is the raised lips on the floor to stop the water getting out, these are quite hard to get over into the position you need/turn around.
Disabled access to main bedroom only, room was a good size, bed was comfortable.
