Nice few days away. It isnโ€™t a huge park which suited us perfectly. It was nice and quiet with the beach just a few minutes away. You can walk into Hunstanton in about 40 minutes along the seafront. Caravan was modern and clean. Make sure you take your own washing up equipment if eating in as this isnโ€™t provided. Meg on reception was very friendly when we checked in. We will definitely return.

Lovely quiet park. Easy reach of the beautiful norfolk coast and stones throw to the beach to watch the sunset. All staff really friendly. My thanks to Meg for quickly sorting a shower and TV problem in the caravan would recommend this park for a calming getaway!

Chosen for location and pictures looked great. That's where it stops. The park is located in a lovely village and a stones throw from the beach. Large site but roads are poorly maintained and if you have a wheelchair user access from the caravans to the roads is awful. The Van we stayed in should sleep8 and there was only 3 of us and that was crowded!! No room around beds, the on suite was only any good if you were a child. It had 3 leaking radiators and the park was aware but still renting it out. It was really dirty throughout with cobwebs stained walls and mould growing in multiple areas. Park did send someone round to clean but mold was now ingrained. Park has many ducks which are a good touch. The restaurant did serve good food and at a reasonable price. They also provide evening entertainment.

Caravans are a good size but fridge/freezer was too small. ||Resort kept clean and tidy.||Swimming pool way too cold, kids went blue!||Restaurant good, food ok. Toilets were not kept clean, had to keep asking for them to be cleaned and toilet paper replenished.||Show bar good, small but ok. Air conditioning not working so quiet warm in evening. ||Entertainment team (Toni and Dan) were amazing. Great fun. Great with kids, remembering names. Toni was such a good singer, needs a bigger venue. ||Overall a good place if you like small venues.

Had a good time over weekend with family. The entertainment was good, kids enjoyed starland crew. Very busy on a Saturday night as you would expect, could do with more staff, but besides that The staff that was there that night were friendly and polite. especially Matt who was behind the bar, very helpful and also suggested some food and drink items that went down a treat . Kids enjoyed themselves which is what matters the most. We will be back. Thankyou everyone at parkdean Heacham

We have been owners on the park since January 2019 and we absolutely love it and we spend as much time as we can there between March and October every year. ||The entertainment team this year have excelled themselves. Toniโ€™s singing has been exceptional and Dan works so hard to ensure that everyone enjoys themselves and has a really great time. |Heโ€™s very friendly, enthusiastic, full of energy and is loved by all ages.|We recently celebrated our silver wedding anniversary on the park and he went out of his way to make our evening special.

Caravan was clean and fully equipped. We arrives at 6.30 and reception was shut (on a Friday beginning of half term) so the super. Friendly security guards had to get out keys. Unfortunately we were unable to get a highchair as reception was closed. Clubhouse is OK, good options for alcoholic beverages and the food was OK if not a little pricey. Entertainment was good and pool Are was clean and not too busy. Short walk from a beach but little else there.

Spent the weekend at this site a couple of weeks back. Greeted by a horrid smell in the caravan upon opening the door. Spoke to reception who were very helpful and got someone to see to it quickly. They proceeded to tell us that the smell was "doggy", eventually we were able to tell them it was coming from the fridge/freezer, turned out the stale water from the sump hadn't been emptied.

The layout for the park, where the caravan is situated to get a car in and out in a car is problematic and impossible if everyone is on site at the same time, you get blocked in from every direction.

The arcade, if that's what you can call it, consists of about 3 things to do. The club house is tiny and lack luster.

The onsite shop closes very early for being an onsite shop also.

The plus side is the beach is a 45 second walk from the main reception and boasts a fantastic sunset and sunrise.

We have spent time at several Park Dean Resorts, this had been by far the most disappointing and due to this we definitely won't be back any time soon.
