Take my family most years we always have a great time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the site is always clean and the facilities are amazing. We would highly recommend it. I took my children here when they were younger and now I take them and my grandchildren because there is something for everyone no matter how old or young.

Did not stay due to attitude of staff. Most unhelpful. We arrived early after being told we could probably get on pitch prior stipulated time of 2pm. There was plenty of availability of pitches but….. the rules is the rule, there will be no entry before 2pm!!!!! First contact possibly had learning difficulties, when I tried to ask the manager why no reason was given and was shouted down by same. Possible problem here is site is owned by consortium with employees following a rule book. I just wonder if employees had interest in profit being made would there attitude change. Now on site further down coast where staff most helpful.

Sapphire lodge absolutely fabulous with its hot tub on the veranda!
I loved the evening shows (the Mercury show and the Sarah brown caberet) Entertainment team work so hard at everything and are really talented. Nearly everything open except indoor kids soft play but pool open even outdoors! We were unlucky with the weather in sunny hunny but didn't mar our enjoyment.

We own a lodge on site they are great there is something for everyone here or just do nothing very comfortable. Site very close to the sea and many attractions close by.

Didn't actually stay here but went here to catch the road train that goes into Hunstanton itself however it didn't turn up so we went back to our hotel but the immediate area is not so special just the usual seaside caravan sites crammed in Every Corner with a fair ground nearby and all the commercial trash that you would expect in an area such as this that said it's a great place for kids.

Liking place. Been here many times. But had quite a few little snags with our accomodation which should have been attended to beforehand although quick to address.
