Just had a lovely 2 night stay at this delightful little hotel. Stayed in a deluxe room which was fabulous - beautifully presented , exceptionally clean and comfortable . Massive amount of space , extra seating ( including a lovely window seat with coffee table ) and a small sofa , the fridge was also much appreciated. Gorgeous spacious bathroom with lovely toiletries and generously sized towels . The bedding was also beautiful with high quality linen . |Breakfast buffet was a delight ,lovely quality bacon and sausages and all beautifully cooked .|All staff we encountered were extremely friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend !

Overall we enjoyed our stay - all the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and we loved all our meals. The location is very good and the ambience of the hotel is also very pleasant.|Whilst our room had all the necessary facilities and was extremely well serviced, it was somewhat cramped. There needs to be a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom, a light over the mirror in the bedroom, a ceiling light over the bed and also a light in the wardrobe.|We were somewhat surprised to find that, having been told our room was on the first floor, we had to climb a narrow staircase that was actually part of the room -we feel this should be made clear the time of booking. People less agile than us two 80 year olds would have a problem! We were glad of the radiator as the temperature dropped dramatically on Wednesday.|Please accept these comments as constructive comments and not as criticisms of your excellent hotel.

It's a few years since we last stayed at the Caley and we were pleased to find that standards of service and accommodation remain high. Our room looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was bright and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on both nights and found that the menu, while not huge, had something to cater for most requirements. The food quality was good. As always, the staff are pleasant and helpful.

We got married at Caley Hall Hotel on the 10th of May and the day was completely perfect, in no small part thanks to the staff and the venue.
Daniel, Evan and the rest of the staff were incredible in making sure we felt welcome at the hotel. They were incredibly personable and friendly and it was a pleasure getting to know them.
Danielle was amazing, she made sure that the plans for our wedding could work but also gave us her years of experience in helping either enhancing the ideas we had or helping us look at things in a different way and that advice was truly invaluable.

All the rooms were spacious and luxurious and they were incredibly comfortable to sleep in, they even came with little bags full of biscuits, which was a great way to start the day (in my opinion).
The food was some of the best food I've ever had and we can't wait to go back to try some more.
If anyone is considering Caley Hall Hotel as their wedding venue or for a hotel to stay at in or around Hunstanton, I would 110% recommend them as we had an amazing time and our wedding day is something we are going to remember for the rest of our lives.

We stayed at Caley Hall for three nights last week and had a lovely time.
We had a lovely room and lovely meals at the hotel.
All of the staff are very efficient and friendly ( a special mention to Emma) and helped to make it such a good time.
We have stayed several times in the past and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We have enjoyed several stays at the Caley Hall Hotel in Old Hunstanton. The staff from the management, and, all of the other members of staff, are excellent hosts. The staff demonstrate their diligence in providing excellent communication and appear to have been highly trained in their knowledge, skills and positive and genuine care to their guests. Further, the meals are beautifully presented and very delicious, the rooms are beautifully presented and, are immaculate, credit to the people who achieve such high standards in the daily cleanliness and presentation of the guests rooms. We are already planning out next stay at the Caley Hall Hotel.

Excellent hotel, we booked a superior double room with breakfast and had a lovely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend for a break in Old Hunstanton.||Really nice large bedroom which looked like it had been recently decorated with a view over one of the courtyards. Bathroom had a shower cubicle and very modern with some lovely |shower gel, liquid soap and conditioner. ||Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful and catered well for my gluten intolerance at breakfast with cereal, croissants and some amazing gluten free toast.

What a great experience. Our few days away could not have been better. Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Food in the restaurant was amazing both for breakfast and Evening meal - this was made even better by the service received from Maria. She is an absolute star and a great asset to the Hotel - never let her leave! We shall be back to do it all again as soon as possible!
