Christine made us feel very welcome and her BnB is delightful. Located next to the pub, finding a meal after a long walk is not difficult. Breakfast was delicious. The twin room with private bathroom (with bath) was clean and comfortable. Stairs are a little steep so not for those who have step issues - but otherwise just a lovely place to stay.

Stayed at Inglenook for 1 night on our coast to coast walk and found it to be a wonderful place. Christine was very welcoming ( even though we got there early) We had the twin room at the top which had all you need, you have your own bathroom just down from the room which was lovely with some nice toiletries that were provided. Wifi worked spot on, you have exclusive use of the lounge area when you stay but we were that tired we did't use it. Christine texted our food order to the pub 2 doors up which was proper homemade food. Breakfast was lovely,esp the fruit and yoghurt, good selection of cereals and as much toast as you wanted. Christine was personable and chatty and warm and welcoming. It was just like staying in a friends house.

Christine only lets one room to Coast-to-coast walkers, but it was the best B&B we stayed in on our trip. Very comfortable room, but in the eaves so it might be a problem if you are very tall. Lovely bathroom with toiletries including Radox soak for the bath, and exclusive use of a sitting room. Tea and biscuits on arrival and a wonderful breakfast, and we got a load of washing done and back within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Christine texted our food order to the pub next door for our evening meal

What a wonderful B&B! Christine's home is sparkling clean and comfortable. The room is spacious, the shower is excellent and the bed is very comfortable.

Christine, our host, was terrific. She is very welcoming with a great sense of humour. We felt very comfortable in her home.

We really enjoyed sitting outside her home in two perfect Muskoka chairs. It was the perfect place to relax after a good day's walk, enjoy a nice cup of tea and the perfect sunset.

I highly recommend Inglenook B&B!

We stayed at Christines place on our coast to coast walk. The accommodation was very good and included the exclusive use of a lounge with sofas and TV which made a nice change from having just a bedroom. The room was cosy, a little cramped on head room but very comfortable. There is a separate bathroom (exclusive to us) which included a lovely bath and Radox provided. Heaven for weary legs! Lovely home cooked breakfast and excellent packed lunch for the next day. Thank you Christine. Best, Stuart and Richard

When you stay at Christine's you effectively have the place to yourself as she only lets out one room but the bathroom and sitting room are yours too. We were given a generous cream tea on arrival, our dinner order for the pub (which is 30 seconds away) was sent through, wet clothes were whisked away for a quick dry, and the bath was perfect for a post 15 - mile soak.....now what more would a coast 2 coaster need? The room has a low, sloped ceiling and 2 single beds but having the run of the house gives you enough space to spread out. The pub next door does great food and you are right on the C2C route so no need for deviations. Service was fantastic and Christine could not have been friendlier and more helpful. This is the place to stop in Danby Whisk!
