Great venue for kids birthday party. We used it for 30ish children to attend our daughter’s 6th birthday party. We had entertainment set up in one corner. Kitchen well stocked with jugs, plates and cups, tea towels and bin bags, lots of velux windows and fire escape double doors for extra ventilation.
All tables and chairs provided.

For meetings and also for 24 hour sleepovers.

Customer service is spot on and nothing is too much trouble for them!

Facilities are great. Kitchen has everything you need and works well, even when catering a full roast dinner for 40 people!

Underfloor heating and black out blinds are great for sleeping over for our Squirrel Scouts!

We will continue to hire this fantastic venue!!

We love using this hall for our group activities. It's a great space, you can set it up as you need. Plenty of tables and chairs, great well stocked kitchen. So easy to book, always well presented when we arrive. For us it's a bonus we have the park right outside for when we want to do something outside. Very much recommended.

Great hall for a 5th birthday, hosting 30+ children with a bouncy castle and soft play area. Brian gave us access to some of the extra toys like hoops and skipping ropes which went down well. It was very useful having the kitchen which was fully stocked with cups, plates, bowls etc. A fantastic venue - shame my pictures don’t do it justice!

Excellent venue for a children’s party. The kitchen is fully equipped with children’s plates, cups etc. Great space to set up tables and chairs for food, leaving space for entertainment also. Brian was extremely helpful. Thanks, we’ll be back!

I have hired Ely Scout Centre many times and it is my favourite venue to host my Art Workshops and events! Brian is always so friendly and helpful and was really encouraging when I first started running sessions. The hall itself is great. It is spacious, light and has a range of easily accessible equipment. Tables and chairs are always neatly stored and the kitchen facilities are clean and tidy. The whole building is very accessible and inclusive. The price is really reasonable for the amount of space. It's also a bonus being next to the park, as many children attending my sessions have a play afterwards.
