Lovely couple of days break. The hot tub is amazing, and recommended playing your Spotify music though the speakers. The quietness surroundings within the fen countryside seeing woodpeckers and bats.Bed is so comfortable, and shower powerful and spacious. The thoughtful details on keeping the train carriage as it was in its working life are perfect little surprises. Recommend paying a little extra for the afternoon tea.
We will definitely be going back.

An amazing and unique place to stay. We’ve loved all the small details and nice surprises.
Comfy bed, fun dining area, great kitchen facilities and a hot tub.
The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog.

A fantastic place to stay in a beautiful setting!
We stayed in Paddington and the way the carriage has been renovated is great - so many of the original features have been kept or repurposed and it is a joy to find them!
The bed so super comfortable, the view is lovely, the hot tub complete with fairy lights is a great touch.
Plenty of room for 2 people in the Paddington carriage with a very well equipped kitchen.
Andrea and Richard are lovely hosts and we will absolutely be recommending this place when we go home! Hoping to return ourselves.

Stayed here for our honeymoon for w nights and truly was an absolute treat.
The carriage (Paddington) that we stayed in was beautifully decorated and super comfy, the hotub in the private garden area was absolutely lush.
Andrea & Richard were both so lovely and welcoming 🙏
Would recommend 100% and will absolutely be staying again.

Fabulous stay in The Paddington. Dog friendly. A nice little treat, close to the beautiful city of Ely. Big comfy bed in this thoughtful repurposing on an old GWR carriage. Hot tub too….much needed to soothe aching muscles after investigating the city and surrounding countryside.
As a bit of a train enthusiast it was brilliant; as someone who likes good accommodation, when staying away, it ticked all the boxes.

Absolutely fabulous and something a little different. Richard and Andrea have done a brilliant job in converting the carriage into a perfect luxury accommodation and managed to keep some of the original fittings. Excellent facilities and a super comfy bed. Ot really is an ideal hideaway for an indulgent weekend. Lovely hot tub too with built in speaker to have a bit of background music as you relax. Really hope we get the option to do it all again.

Amazing space - so impressed with the care & thought Andrea & Richard have put into the conversion of the carriage & the outside & private space for the carriage - hot tub & seating area. Location is perfect - surrounded by nature, very peaceful & not far from Ely & Cambridge. Loved our stay here - Andrea & Richard are the perfect hosts - very welcoming & there if you need them.
