Visiting family in Fordham and pre-booked lunch here for the first time. It was within walking distance so did not pay attention to parking sorry.

|We were not dissappointed. Very friendly staff and excellent food.

We started with food to share between 5 of us
Charcuterie Board, Olives and breads, Salt and Pepper Squid with Kimch.

For mains a couple of people braved the BBQ pork ribs (portions were huge!) and both ended up taking some home.
The rest of us opted for the Butchers Cut Steak was amazing, perfectly cooked, great flavours, perfect sized portion.

We could not manage a desert after all that (and 4 out 5 are sweet tooth people). A great experience. Will definitely return here again. Recommend. Thank you.

The White Pheasant has always been a go-to for our special occasions. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The menu is varied and dishes are delicious. The 5-course (with wine pairings) never disappoints and is excellent value for cost. The only slight downside is the lack of parking, only a mild inconvenience.

We went to the pheasant for my sister in laws 40th - it was fabulous. Lovely welcoming staff and delicious food. The menu was a mix of traditional pub classics done well and meals that felt different and fancy. A real treat and very reasonable. The staff also went an extra mile and made the birthday extra special with cake and signs etc. Perfect - afternoon - thank you - will definitely be going back.

Hadn’t been for years but decided to return for a light bite and ended up having a three course lunch which was fantastic!!! Great friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back for sure.

Absolutely amazing place. We arrived early and they sat us down and told us we would have to wait but can order drinks. We was fine with that as we was very early, but the communicated that with us so we didn't mind.

From entering till leaving the staff were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable on what we asked.

The young girls worked hard and I believe it could off been the owner or a manger (the gentlemen) was also working hard to support the girls and helped with any questions we had.

The starters were delicious and the main was amazing. We was full but had to try the stick toffee pudding and HEAVEN!!!

100% RECOMMONED! We was recommended and are very pleased with it.

The restaurant is an comfortable place within it's self.

Hope they have an amazing new year;

My meal was the hake and new potatoes with lobster sauce!

My favourite restaurant by far! The food is amazing everytime. Gorgeous flavours and presentation and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and attentive. Nothing to fault.

Absolutely delicious Sunday roast in a warm and welcoming environment. At £22 (plus £1.50 for extra gravy), this isn't the best value for Sunday roasts in the area, but it was very enjoyable. The service was brilliant and we look forward to returning again soon!
