We loved the room. Great size and a balcony to stand outside for some fresh air. We had a small sofa and 3 other chairs in the room, which was totally awesome 👌. Slept really well on the bed, had a good night's sleep. The bathroom could do with some updating. But it was okay for 1 night. We would definitely come back.

Quiet hotel, clean and comfortable (had to be moved rooms into the main building due to heating not working)
The food is good value for money £15 for a main and either starter or desert! The mushrooms for starter are lovely!
Gym that guests can use, fairly spacious car park which is suitable for a van.
Walking distance to the shops.

Stayed here for a night with my sister for her birthday. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly even providing me with a fan when I asked for one. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was dire. We had a large room with three single beds. The bed linen was clean but the mattresses and pillows themselves were stained. The wooden floor was badly scratched. The blinds at all three windows were broken and the window sills and skirting boards were filthy. The ceiling tiles were stained with damp patches. The top of the wooden bed surrounds were thick with clumps of dust. There was a balcony which was chained shut (thankfully) as the balcony itself was covered in pigeon faeces. |The bathroom was huge but no extractor fan just a tiny vent in the ceiling. However, the toilet and sink were very clean. The paint was peeling off all around the door frame. |Breakfast was very limited and the hot choices were barely warm. The coffee was undrinkable and I feel was cheap, powdered, instant. This is a large hotel and has the potential to be lovely but is tired and neglected. |I’m afraid it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This must be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in on business in a very long time. Please don’t read the clearly false reviews…. I mean how many people have really been to March for a wedding (or event) and enjoyed the comfy bed, good WiFi, friendly staff and excellent amenities and left exactly the same worded review?!|Stayed here last night, the room was freezing cold, unclean, bits hanging off the ceiling, uncomfortable squeaky bed, no lightbulbs in the bedside lamp, and poor WiFi. Nothing like the photos on the website.

The staff were welcoming and made our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The free WiFi worked well throughout the hotel, and the free parking was a big plus. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel provided excellent value for money, especially considering the quality of service and amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone attending an event or just looking for a comfortable, affordable stay.

Large, spacious rooms (we booked a twin). We had a bath and everything as expected in the room, e.g vanity, hairdryer, tea and coffee etc.

However what stood out was a particular staff member, who despite only working there during events, he went out of his way to ensure that I was able to eat during the free breakfast the following morning, due to my allergies. Which I'm very grateful for!
