Can't recommend Abigails enough. Dave and Pam are the two most hospitable and genuinely lovely people I've met in ages. The house and room was spotlessly clean, well appointed and incredibly cosy.|I've loved staying here for the last three months and although I'm happy to be going home to my family I'm sad to be leaving such a very happy, warm home.|Thanks again Dave and Pam you two truly are the best.

A massive thankyou to Dave & Pam.
Abigails is absolutely perfect. I stayed here for 3 months due to work and I genuinely looked forward to coming home everyday to.such a clean, well appointed and warm family home.
I'm so sad to leave now but happy that I'll be reunited with my family in a couple of days.
This is an incredible place to stay and I can't recommend Abigails enough.
Thanks again Dave and Pam you two are simply the best.

Stayed two nights. Genial hosts offering warmth, friendliness and great hospitality.||House has a large collection of ornaments and memorabilia.||Single room (well-furnished) had exclusive use of large bathroom, television, tea/coffee making facilities and a view towards trees and other greenery. Featured Native American photograph, commemorative plates.||Cooked breakfast was good. Served with attention to detail.||Must state both hosts seemed genuinely interested in welfare of guests.||I would not hesitate to recommend Abigail's to anyone visiting Rainham and Kent.

Hosts were friendly and we were pleasantly surprised with our stay considering how the cheap room was. The room was a little dated but very clean and there was large modern bathroom next to our room. Sadly breakfast wasn’t available due to corona. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

This is a small house, crowded with knick-knacks, with a very economically priced single room and one (maybe two?) slightly more expensive double room(s). The single room as a wonderfully tranquil view of gardens and orchards. Birds can be heard, especially in the mornings. Some off-road parking is available. You could walk here from Rainham railway station in 15 minutes (up-hill). ||||The house is spotless, and the welcome friendly. My mattress was on the soft side, but I slept comfortably, nevertheless. The full English breakfast was tasty, with an abundant number of items. The bathroom on the upper floor is shared.

Wonderful and friendly host. Nothings any trouble. Fast wi fi .
Kitchen available to use . Very homely feel. The bedrooms are clean and well furnished.
Breakfast is fresh and well cooked and ample.
A bargain for what i paid.
