Another lovely, peaceful stay. Pods are well equipped and comfortable, with everything you'll need. Love cooking on the fire pit.Every pod feels very private. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of wildlife, dragon flies, damsel flies, buzzards and a wandering peacock. Both myself and Bobby the dog had a very relaxing stay. Will be back.

Stayed here with my partner for a long romantic anniversary weekend away.

The location is absolutely beautiful! The lake and surrounding 5 acres of woodland are picturesque and perfect for walking around. The wildlife is the cherry on the top - there’s Ducks, Geese, Coots, Peacocks and Pheasants, just to start you off!

The Pods are absolutely spotless and include pretty much everything you’d need for a few days away. Unfortunately though, they are quite uncomfortable… The sofa area is a sofa bed and both the bed and sofa bed are formed of thin foam mattresses, with a waterproof covering. Think of a PE/Gym Mat and you’re probably not that far off.

We loved the contactless check in and out, the fact you can buy a fire pack for the fire pit from the shed on site, the car charging facility, the decent WiFi, Smart TV and most of all the peace, quiet and tranquility! Other people were staying in other pods on site but you wouldn’t know it, unless you knew!

As a side note, getting in and out the pod is like competing in an Olympic high jump event, so I’d recommend that each pod (accessible pod or not) has a step fitted for ease and safety.

Overall a decent stay but we wouldn’t opt to stay here again, unless the comfort issues are appropriately addressed.

Absolutely gorgeous very impressed …so clean and the attentiveness towards a visitors stay is amazing …the pod is spotless with every item and accessory needed to stay..defo use the bbq I’ll never use charcoal and fire lighters again ( it’s a revelation to just use kindle and logs) 😁 so so quiet and relaxing it’s a different world to us townys…

A beautiful, well equipped and cosy cabin comfortable bed, quiet and spotlessly clean. Good spaciuos shower room. Wish I could have stayed longer! Lovely location overlooking a pond with outside seating and convenient parking. A good place to visit at any time of year.

What an absolute little gem this is! Tucked away in the Yorkshire countryside, Ball Hall Farm wigwams are truly idyllic. A beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by wildlife the site is thoughtfully organised so although you do have neighbours, you also have privacy. |We stayed in Larch which was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. The kitchen area had a microwave, toaster, kettle and twin hob as well as crockery and utensils - we didn’t need to bring a thing. The bathroom was a real treat, compact, but with a great sized shower and a heated towel rail which made the whole pod feel warm. Two comfortable double beds, one of which slid away to make the seating area and we paid extra for bedding and towels to make life easier. We loved the drawers which slid under the beds meaning we could keep the floor space tidy. |Outside we had our own decking with picnic table and a great fire pit with logs to sit on around it. We bought the offered logs and kindling pack and took advantage of this to cook dinner on the first night. Unfortunately the Great British weather meant we didn’t quite get to sit around the fire. |We stayed for 2 nights and visited Allerthorpe Lakeland Park for the day which is less than 15 minutes away. |A really lovely site, we’ll be back.

We had the most brilliant time at Wigwam Holidays Ball Hall Farm, the scenery is beautiful, the fire pits are fantastic and the staff are wonderful! Thank you so much to Emma and to the lovely lady we spoke to when we were playing badminton! The pods are clean and cosy, you receive detailed information upon booking (the app is very useful), there is plenty of privacy in between the pods and everything is well organised - we didn’t want to leave! We would love to come back for a longer stay for each season!

Stayed here for a couple of nights and it was amazing. So peaceful and beautiful setting. Everything you need is in the pod and the fire pit is a great addition.
The website has all the information you need for before during and after your stay. There’s recommendations for where to eat and things to do so you can’t go wrong. Absolutely brilliant, thank you for a great stay.
