Fantastic massage with Supa!

The treatment room was warm, relaxing, and very comfortable. Supa’s massage was tailored to me and just bliss. She managed give a relaxing massage whilst also getting into some knots and incorporating some stretching.

A great addition to Hove, and I’ll definitely be back regularly!

My sister recommended this place to me when I said I wanted to treat myself to a massage for my birthday - and now I’m recommending it here! 5 stars 🌟 the service is friendly and makes you feel comfortable before the massage has even started. I had the deep tissue body and facial and they really good at making sure the pressure is to your liking. Great price for the amazing service you get ❤️ had me falling a sleep at the end!

This is the first time we've been here. My partner suffers with peripheral neuropathy, and reflexology can sometimes alleviate symptoms. We were lucky to get him an appointment at short notice on a day his feet were particularly uncomfortable! The assessment on arrival was very thorough... His needs were really listened to.. and the therapist (Supa) was absolutely perfect, took her time and applied great pressure. Thank you so much! I recently had a full body massage, Thai foot reflexology and Organic facial with Supa and it was an incredible experience from start to finish (De-Stress Package for 2 hours). From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the session accordingly.

The massage itself was perfect—both relaxing and therapeutic. Supa has a great technique, applying just the right amount of pressure while also ensuring comfort. I left feeling refreshed, with significantly less tension in my neck and shoulders.

This is by far the best massage I have ever had and I have had lots in different Spas and treatment rooms over the years. It’s an unassuming place situated on Church Road in Hove, however my treatment was excellent. Just the right amount of pressure, invigorating, relaxing, professional, lovely decor, warm room and massage table, clean, inviting and just all round an excellent experience. I will be back, again and again.
