Clare is a fantastic therapist. I went to Clare with neck and back pain on a recommendation from a friend. Clare worked on my back and neck and after a few sessions the pain was reduced greatly. Claire gave me some exercises to do in between sessions. I continue to have sessions with her to maintain movement and keep the pain under control. I did Clare's pregnancy yoga course, which was such a highlight of my pregnancy. She created such a calm and nurturing space, and adapted the classes to our individual needs. I also found the small class size made it more intimate and made it easier to connect to some of the other mums. I had a few pregnancy and then post partum massages by Clare, which were divine! Highly recommend

Clare is amazing!!! So professional, always makes me feel at ease......breathe!!!! I have been seeing Clare for some time, normally every 4 weeks for a general 'well-being' massage, which I absolutely love, but also Clare picks up on any niggles during treatment - good advice always given.
