Absolutely amazing.
Gary and Julie were so welcoming and friendly.
The room was lovely and super clean and the breakfast was something else! All piping hot and freshly made.
I’d give more stars if I could.

4th Year at The Kilbrannan Guest House. Week seeing friends. Always a very warm welcome. Great room has all we needed and more, with great tea and coffee selection, fridge too. Towels changed everyday and rooms made up everyday. Gary & Julie can not be more helpful. Full selection for breakfast, not just a standard breakfast all fresh and local sourced. They are happy to meet anyone's needs and requests for breakfast. See you next year

We chose our holiday destination entirely on the numerous high scoring reviews we had seen of Kilbrannan Guest House. We were not disappointed. Kilbrannan Guest House is perfectly Central for all the seafront attractions that Great Yarmouth has to offer. From an easy direct booking process to our departure for home, we are happy to award Kilbrannan Guest House full marks in all categories. We were greeted on arrival, by Gary who had reserved off-road parking at no extra cost, he also carried out luggage! Julie booked us in and took care to ensure our every need would be served. Throughout our stay Julie and Gary were perfect hosts: friendly and assistive without being obtrusive. We had the downstairs room: containing a comfortable king size bed with a full size modern bathroom that had a reliable & powerful shower. We slept very well due to there being no noise disruption from any source at any time. Our accommodation was serviced & refreshed daily. The Kilbrannan Guest House in-room hospitality tray is the best we've ever seen, containing drinks of every possible variety with a selection of biscuits plus Julie's homemade cake, yummy! Whilst the Kilbrannan Guest House excels in many areas, breakfast is the crowning glory. Served in a light and airy dining room, the Kilbrannan breakfast exceeds that offered by many four star hotels. All manner of breakfast choices are available, too many to mention, all freshly prepared and cooked as desired. A Kilbrannan breakfast really will set you up for the day! We arrived home happy and relaxed and have no hesitation in offering the Kilbrannan Guest House our highest possible recommendation. Very well done, and thank you, Gary and Julie!

We arrived at the Guest house on arrival, we were welcomed by Julie and Gary. They took us to the parking bay where we left the car for the duration of our visit. The room was cleaned to a very high standard lots of facilities in the room. The breakfast was incredibly freshly cooked to order and plenty to choose from. Also very friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be going back there highly recommended.

Another great stay at Kilbrannan. GH.Breakfast is amazing Gary is a great chef. The bedrooms are fab. Julie does a good job keeping the rooms lovely with nice little touches .Very reasonably priced. We have been a few times. Its like home from.home. near to shops and beach. You wont be disappointed.we will back again.soon Thanks again

We were so pleased to return to Kilbrannon Guest House after 2-3 years since our last visit. Once again Julie and Gary gave us a wonderful experience and welcomed us so warmly, there has been many little changes which only added to the charm of this warm and welcoming bed and breakfast. Julie and Gary are a wealth of knowledge to be local area and are always happy to help on things to see and places to go as well as recommendations of places to eat. Gary always offers some of the | most amazing breakfasts as well as all locally sourced produce, have always highly recommended to stay. Cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much x

Another brilliant stay at Kilbrannan. The place is spotless and the bedroom is lovely. Everything you need for an amazing stay.
The breakfast are out of this world, offering everything you can think of.
Julie and Gary and lovely and nothing is to much bother for them.

Cannot rate Kilbrannan Guest House enough, is the only place I will stay when visiting Great Yarmouth. It is located within a couple minutes walk from the beach front, but far enough back you do not hear the hustle and bustle of the front.|The rooms are kept extremely clean and a generous assortment of coffees and teas with fresh milk for your stay, and some homemade cake to enjoy.|Gary and Julie are exceptional, very welcoming and take great pride in what they do and have to offer, they make you feel like you're at home.|Breakfast, nicest breakfasts I have had and the only place I know where I can have a fresh kipper and a Kilbrannan special for a starter. Everything served is fresh and cooked to order. |Again, cannot recommend enough.
