We had a pleasant stay here on Saturday night. The property itself and surroundings are beautiful. The lady on reception at check in was very polite and lovely as were all the staff. We had lunch outside surrounded by charming wisteria trees. Highly rated the scallops and steak sandwich. The room was traditional with a large bathroom including an array of shower products. The gardens, grounds, tennis courts and volleyball look great, as do the gym and pool bar area.
The pool was warm, nice and clean, although very busy, luckily we found some sun loungers in the garden area which was also very pleasant. Breakfast was ok. It wasn’t clear what was included. It’s nice to have something like fruits, granola and juices etc, are you allowed a small bowl alongside your main The table next to us were asked if they needed anything else to drink, annoyingly we were not. Maybe it was because the lady was an influencer and we are normal. Breakfast is the arguably the most important element of your stay as it’s the last part of your experience. Personally I wouldn’t come back, lovely as the place is, the attention to detail (which I won’t list) doesn’t match the high price tag compared to similar places like Congham Hall etc. However, I would still recommend it if you haven’t been.

Great venue visited with my father and my 2year old. She hated the boats (but they were great fun for adults) loved the play park and the 30 degree outdoor pool. These attractions and the overall look/feel/upkeep are what made it to 4 stars.

The food however on the night we attended was .5/1 star at best. 3 starters were the peppers. These were a special, but were so hot none of us could eat them and they were sent back, but not replaced

One main, a toasted sandwich, came out somehow both cold and burnt, and was sent back. This was replaced with another burnt toastie but was at least warm. The chips for the table were also cold.

This was all mentioned at the time of eating, but was a disappointment after a fanatic day at the venue.

Truly amazing place. I was lucky enough to get to spend the weekend here and I loved every minute. Ideally located for several gorgeous beaches too but the highlight for me was the clubhouse.
The food is OUTSTANDING !!
We were sat by one of their roaring open fires having a glass of incredible tasting wine and I realised I didn’t want to be anywhere else . Stunning scenery, large heated outdoor pool, beautiful lake and lots more. I honestly can’t wait to go back,

My partner took me here as a little surprise and it was beautiful, we had the most exclusive lodge on the estate (44) the view on to the lake was amazing. We had a bbq while we was there and there was plenty of room. It was very modern and comfortable with underfloor heating. There was everything there we could if needed and we can’t wait to stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Fritton Lake, it had everything we could have wanted and more!
We were a big family group so took advantage of the variety of accomodation; club rooms, retreat, and a cottage! Everyone loved their rooms.
The retreat was lovely and well equipped, very hot hot tub from the wood fire. Decent sized rooms for a group of 6 and wel kitted out kitchen. The retreat was definitely a drive back to the fritton arms, or a 1k jog! The cottage was also nice and spacious for a family with a lovely setting about 5ish mins from the main hub of the club.
The restaurant was fabulous and the food was really fantastic. Service for drinks was a little slow at times, but the staff were friendly and looked after our demands! The games room was ideal for us all and great for the kids, young and old!
Outdoors at Fritton lake is stunning, we were lucky as the sun was shining for our weekend. The outdoor tables and garden area at the arms were lovely for morning drinks or afternoon snacks. The pool was stunning and really special and the perfect temperature and depth! Just enough loungers available and good to have the changing area and shower facilities for your check out day. Walking through from the pool to the lake via the immaculate garden area is a treat and when down by the lake the staff there couldn't be more helpful and kind! It was fab to be able to take out a row boat and canoe on each day. We saw water buffallo eating by the shore and a munkjack in the ferns! There simply wasn't enough time in the weekend to experience it all - next time we have even more to tick off the list!

We stayed at a friend's brand new lodge and it is an amazing place. A true home from home.
Make sure you stock up on essentials before you go as there are no shops near by. The Fritton Arms pub was very cozy but did not do any bar food. Would recommend this place for a getaway anytime.

Wonderful red
Retreat to stay with family or friends. Lots of things to do for little people as it has 2 playgrounds and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Clubhouse is serving nice food and alcoholic drinks.

Lovely peaceful retreat, teaming with wildlife located in the centre of a woodland. There's a huge beautiful lake here with a great deal of activities. Whilst here you will have No signal and the cabins do not provide Wi-Fi.
