I attended a 30th birthday party here, I found the pub to be very accommodating I had my young baby with me and the bar staff and landlady were very helpful with helping me to access the baby changing area.
The bar staff were lovely and very helpful. The food the pub provided for the party was lovely and very well presented.
As it was a suprise party it was obviously very important that the cat wasn’t let out of the bag before the event and I can honestly say it was set up very well! We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The Mrs hosted me a surprise 30th bday here! What a great night and venue! Couldn’t fault the place at all great staff, great vibes, great food. Layed on a lovely spread of food 😃.
Gotta say love stick! The security guard 😂 absolute legend. Also land lady was so lovely and nothing but helpful with my wife organising and putting everything on for me 😃😃

Didn't stay so can't comment on rooms but a very pleasant and welcoming. Reasonable prices and friendly managers and staff. Great location on the front at Great Yarmouth with a view of the beach and sea from the good amount of outdoor seating. Also dog friendly which im sure is a definite plus for a lot of people. Been here before when entertainment is on always a fabulous fun atmosphere.

Me and the wonderful landlady Kerry organised a 30th birthday party for my husband and it was amazing, she went above and beyond for us, she was friendly and constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was okay, she even decorated for us and put on a lovely spread of food that went down a treat, they had some entertainment on that guest seemed to enjoy and good selection of drinks something for everyone.
Overall fantastic experience and would go there again and would definitely get Kerry to help me organise events again because she was ace 👍

Me and my soulmate we was having a nice time untill I went into the boys toilets and all over the floor there was sick all over the floor and the cubicle there was poo and I tryed flushed it and I did not go and my soulmate went to the girls toilets and in the closest cubicle she said there was piss all over the seet after that we all left and went home

We were just stoping by to get some food and the food there was below standards. To start of the chicken nuggets had an awful first inpretion by its looks and it tasted like fish .it looked like it was uncooked aswell. Second the ribs we got had specified on the menu that it was grilled but it was cooked in the oven and was served a touch bit cold. Third we ordered some cheesy chips and we found a price of hair in it so we didn't eat the rest of it. When we tried to confront the workers they were unpleasant so we left. Overall (in our opinion) the food could of had a better outcome .

Needs serious money and time spending on it, could be a great place, but for us, it wasn't so good.
Saw they served sunday roasts, so we went in.
10.95 for a dinner, 5.95 for a kiddies dinner + drinks.
Waited around 30/40 mins in an empty pub, that should hsve been our clue!
definitely not worth it, shredded bits of chicken, maybe a tablespoon full. If it was a large chicken they prob got at least 15 portions out of it. Everything else was cooked from frozen. Not nice at all.
Kiddies meal was 4 nuggets that had clearly been in the freezer way too long, and a handful of frozen chips, (I asked for ketchup but it never came.) None of us hardly ate anything.
The floor was covered in dog hairs, (only noticed after we'd paid)
The ladies had what looked like feaces on the wall, scum around the toilet handles and seats. No soap in the dispenser either.

Then they started karaoke and the strangest noises were coming out of this woman's mouth. She was probably best thing. 😃
Then a staff member got up to sing, maybe she'd have been better off paying attention to some cleaning.
We left and ate elsewhere, didn't even bother asking for a refund.
My advice, clean the place up, hoover and clean the floors, get some professional help in the kitchen and for gods sake do something about the loo's.

Update next day.
We had to rush back to our caravan, the 2 of us that had to chicken were violently sick with chronic diarrhea.
Can't say it was the bit of food we did eat, but a massive coincidence if it wasn't.

Didn't stay here but food was lovely and staff friendly and welcoming quick service good atmosphere and very reasonably priced beach front upbeat music highly recommended
