Well, what can we say….. We had Ellison’s dining cater for our rather large wedding of 119 guests at Rookery Manor a few weeks ago. Along with the three course meal for our wedding breakfast, we had a buffet on the Friday evening, canapés with the welcome drinks, and the evening reception buffet on the night of the wedding. David and Lauren were very professional throughout the entire weekend, an absolute joy to have cater for us. The presentation of the food was second to non and service was first class. Cannot recommend them highly enough. You did us both proud. Thank you both so much x

Ellison's dining were absolutely fantastic. Lauren was very quick helping us over email to decide our menu and get everything sorted and David hosted an incredible evening for us. Serving up an amazing 3 course dinner and leaving the kitchen spotless. Highly recommend.

David and Lauren provided one of the best evenings we have ever had. From start to finish their professionalism and friendliness were outstanding, and of course the meal was absolutely perfect and SOOOO delicious. This was my first experience of having a private chef cook at home and it worked absolutely brilliantly. Lauren offered help and assistance with everything from the start of me getting in touch to the end of the meal (not the end of the evening obviously!!!) and David cooked and introduced each course brilliantly. I know I could never hire any other team as good after using them! (AND They left the kitchen cleaner than when they found it, all without us even noticing they were doing any clearing up!) Thank you both so much, David and Lauren, and we all wish you massive success and, as very newly-weds, many years of happiness!

We've had a few lunches and a home cooking service during lockdown from Ellison's Dining. Their food is fresh, imaginative and tastes just amazing. David is a first rate chef and has a very impressive portfolio to back up his outstanding cuisine.
Between David and Lauren these guys run a very efficient and professional business.

I really can't recommend Ellison's Dining more highly.

David and Lauren did the catering for my daughter’s wedding in Weston-super-Mare early September, and what a fantastic job they did. Canapés, Wedding Breakfast, and a buffet for the evening were all top quality. We’ve received many complements from quests on the wedding reception, especially the food. Ellison's Dining catered for our wedding a few weeks back. Everything was perfect and the food was amazing. They catered for everyone's needs and went above and beyond. There was so much food and all of our Wedding guests complimented how tasty it was. Can't thank Lauren and David enough for everything that they did. Will highly recommend.

Ellison's Dining was our caterers for our wedding last week at Rookery Manor. We absolutely cannot fault how delicious and amazing our food was.
We chose to have an afternoon tea for our wedding breakfast and this was a full with a range of cakes, sandwiches, and scones. There was plenty! And they even had the difficulty of providing for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free options (as we had 9 guests with dietary requirements).
They went above and beyond with our food service and with the levels of taste, presentation and quality! The children were all very happy too with their choices.
For the evening we had a BBQ buffet with pork Baps and a massive salad bar and rice / pastas selection! Which again catered for vegans, gluten free options, vegetarians and for fussy children.
They served big portions and there were options for seconds and they moved it through for everyone to help themselves if they wanted more after. I am delighted with the service and the food. It was exceptional. Thank you for everything! Was lovely to meet you both and spend our day with you.

just had our daughters wedding catered for by Ellisons Dining at the Rookery Manor Hotel & Spa. David and his team did a fantastic job .
we experienced juicy melon starter, and a gorgeous prawn cocktail, followed by scrumptious chicken in wine and mushroom sauce, and succulent pork with crackling to die for. followed by luscious lemon cheesecake and a very moorish chocolate and raspberry pot.
All in all a meal without fault, and praised by all .
100% recommendation to use for wedding catering and special events.
The evening menu was superb as well, rolls bursting with filling, an assortment of other items and jam donoughts so light and fluffing and oozing with jam.
Thanks again and would recommend them to all.
