Lovely hotel in a very good location. Owners are very welcoming and warm welcome was given upon arrival. The room was very spacious and very clean.could not fault anything would recommend

On arrival they told me they have to move me to a bigger room as someone wants to stay in the one I have booked for longer. Extend the stay. Can't complain about that, but I can't judge the price as i direct have to pay for the bigger one. Anyway, hotel is well decorated, the room was spacious and a bathroom on the floor shared, but clean and does the job. Location is close to the sea, 1 minute. They even have outdoors seating area. And offer breakfast, but HAVE TO book in advance. I had the room service/cleaning every day. Happy and recommending the hotel. Spoke with the staff only on my arrival and were nice.

Mick and I chose The Sunnyside Hotel in Great Yarmouth as the reviews were excellent. We stayed from 28th June to 1st July and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Shaun and Debbie were so welcoming when We arrived and helped carry our luggage up to the room. We had room 9 which was cosy and very clean. The shower and toilet was shared but wasn’t a problem. Again it was very clean and the shower worked perfectly. During our stay We had breakfast every morning which was absolutely delicious and kept us going until throughout the day. Also the hotel is only a 3 minute walk to the beach where the big wheel is located.

We just got back from a fantastic stay at Sunnyside. Hosts were lovely and made us very welcome. Room was clean, comfortable and serviced every day. We opted for breakfast each morning for a very reasonable charge and it was consistently excellent. Location was perfect as central to most attractions when walking and very close to the seafront. We are booking again for next year. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay.
Debbie and Shaun were great hosts.
The room was clean, warm and bed was comfy.
I didn’t have breakfast the weekend, but I’d imagine it would have been just as good aswell.

Only had a 3 night stay but was made very welcome . Breakfast was great, bed was comfy and rooms clean. On the whole I would highly recommend. X

Perfection!! Genuine Smiling happy people.
From the Room, the service and helpfulness from Debbie and Shaun, nothing was too much trouble. The location is only 1 street from seafront (coming out in the middle of the Golden Mile.)
The atmosphere and cleanliness all top nothing too much trouble.
The hoovering,cleaning and bin emptied daily
Electric shower worked very well in ensuite, with big fluffy towels,bed extremely comfortable and the full sized fridge was a fabulous asset, saving a lot on meals.
Many thanks for getting my swim gear dry in their own private airing cupboard.
Will definitely try to stay again,if they're not already fully booked. Thank you for EVERYTHING Debbie and Shaun x

The owners are really nice and welcoming the room me an my partner was in is really clean and cosy and we would love to stay there again 5* the best by far. The rooms go really quick. You can also have breakfast that you pay separately.
