Recently stayed at Sarah’s B and B as an impromptu overnight Stay , and can honestly say it really felt like home from home!!

Great location, behind all the central amusements. Lovely room, which had all the essentials.

We were so gutted as had to leave early in the morning, so didn’t get to try the breakfast which I’m sure would have been equally as great as everything else!

Will definitely be returning, Sarah even offered us breakfast on our return free of charge. But no Sarah you will be given full payment as was our mistake.

I've Stayed at 4 different b&bs in the last 6weeks and Sarah's b&b is easily the best one by far she's so helpful and makes u feel welcome. my room was spotless and very comfortable with plenty of space. I'm quite fussy as a person but there's nothing I can moan about. thank u Sarah I hate working away from my family but u made me feel at home thanks again and definitely be booking again

First time in Great Yarmouth and upon arrival I was impressed with the presentation of all the flowers, colourful building. I realised how pristine and homely it was as well, Sarah was helpful and extremely friendly. The rooms were excellent and clean, also comfortable plus beautiful colour choices. Food was freshly prepared and tasty, all options including cereals and cooked. I did not stay in a bed and breakfast but I stayed in a home from home plus Terry was nice to, will always be going back.

Beautiful little place. Nice and clean, with a friendly welcome. Room was compact (we had the room at the top of the house), but it had everything needed for a few days stay. Breakfast choice was good, and all freshly cooked. To top it off, the walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes.

Lovely place to stay. Sarah and her husband were very welcoming. Room was lovely and clean and only 1 minute walk from the beach . Will defiantly be returning in future. Sarah could not do enough for u. Thanks Sarah and family

Stayed here for 6 weeks while moving house (sold my house but new flat not available on time) and it was lovely. Spotlessly clean, amazing prices and Sarah and her family are just lovely. Would recommend anyone who wants to holiday in Great Yarmouth to book here!

Best b&b in Yarmouth. We have been staying here every visit for 8 years. Always a lovely welcome...breakfasts are cooked fresh.. rooms have all you need. Nothing is ever too much...

Lovely owner's very friendly. Breakfast cooked fresh. Would recommend. Probably be better for couples without children. But don't let that put you off if you have kids
