Lovely and clean when I went into the hallway. The heating was on and the taxi driver even commented how nice and warm it was when he brought my bags to the door.
My room was small but not compact twin bedroom which was lovely and clean as was the bathroom which was of a decent size. Kettle and tea bags coffee etc all put in the container neatly.
I messaged saying bulb had gone in the table lamp and needed the TV reset no problem that was completed with a convenient time for me.

Quiet place with very good location, super close to the beach and to the city centre, restaurants, bus stops and bus station, supermarkets, city attractions...|The Guest House is renovated and with nice architecture, easy access and cosy. |However, there was no interaction at all, the place is more like an Airbnb, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom sink was incredibly small, there was some rust in the bathroom shower, no shower gel, the internet signal was incredibly bad...and too expensive for the quality of the place.

There was dust everywhere! | We booked a room advertised with a double bed and we got put in 1 with 2 singles and the filthiest room I have EVER stayed in! | There was a dirty plate in one of the draws, there was dust everywhere, coffee marks on the controller, about 1O channels on a really old tv |Shower went hot to cold all the time! And you couldn't raise it as that was broken | Crisps in the bed and under the bed! Didn't even look like the bedsheets had been changed | Messaged about this and was asked if we wanted the cleaner in whilst we we're out and we said no as we we're out and she allowed her in anyway! Evidence everywhere that we was in, including a key for room 2 |got moved to the room we should have had after telling how bad it was with pictures as well | The room was still dusty but not as bad, was incredibly noisy there, heard some disturbing thing as the guest house is in one of the worst areas of Yarmouth| £5O deposit was asked so was sent and then the day we left another £5O came out as a 'subscription fee' called the bank and that's what they said and that the hotel can take out what they like when they like with this 'Subscription' |I had to text all my worries and concers across as the place is completely empty and the number you get given is only a text number so it's hard to get anywhere! I had to make a visa dispute and the guest house was late putting my money in and woukdnt reply to texts. Worst place I've ever stayed in.

Disgusting place, absolutely full of dust and dirt, paid £57 a night and was advertised a double room and got a twin!
Tried to sort this out and we was moved, but this was all over text! No one in building and the phone number doesn't let you call so you have to rely on this text service which was very slow. Complained about the dirt, a plate in our draw and also coffee staines on the remote! Dust literally everywhere, crisps in one of the beds and under the bed!! Looked like the sheets had just beenstraightened out and not cleaned fresh, towels were dirty. 5O deposit was asked and paid and then the day we left another 5O came out so I had to call my bank and this 'guest House's is using a subscription service so they can take money out when ever they want!! I got this cancelled by the bank! No reason for the extra 5O to come out and the woman texting made 3 different excuses as to why it came out.
I would never recommend to anyone
Was asked if we wanted a cleaner in the first room, but we was out so said no and she let herself in anyway! I have proof by the texts and the fact we found a spare key with our room number on the bathroom floor. The shower was broken, kept going hot to cold, and when I mean hot I mean I had to jump out cus almost blistered! Towels smelt funny
Location was awful, a lot of hangs and people walking with their hoods up, very threatening and heard some awful things.

I was due to stay here with my mum for a week. But for unseen Circumstances, I hat to cancel at the very least minute. I was in contact ith the host, and she was outstanding in sorting out my concerns and dealing with my situation. To a high standard and professional service. I would recommend this place to anyone it's a lovely little place and in a great location.

Was really nice and clean. Was very cozy room. But no human contact. To greet us are when we left. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. Had to wait for maintaince man to come with master key. We laughed about it tho. 🤣 not to far either from amenities. It is for families some places was shut up at night.

Don't bother! I complained after dirty flat, smells coming from plug holes in bathroom , to door knobs broke , poor eye to detail something splashed up walls photo sent,andl I was acused of doing it myself by the manger ! Discusting!!! . Sofa bed in lounge like sleeping on a park bench and sofa in bedroom didn't pull out properly, mould and dirt , water stained table , too a dirty glass in bathroom|Incorrect welcome pack in property! Tv no free view, you had to login to your own subscription from home .|When i complained on the Saturday I was told I was to late to complain and should of complained on check in But a one night stay made us notice more and more problems to not wanting to stay Saturday to Sunday but had no choice as couldn't afford to book something else and we had booked theatre tickets , i made it clear to them I wasn't happy but they simply didn't care, extreme poor customer service|Excuses and argumentative manager by email on the complaint|And only offered 20.00 refund after multiple emails of a 260.00 stay Added PHOTOS BUT THERES WERE MORE BUT CAN ONLY ADD 4|I had to contact booking.com after awful experience

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. The location is ideal, so close to the sea, perfect for my little ones as everything is just a small walk away, you can see the sea from some parts of the building! |We stayed for a short break during the Easter holidays and was lucky with the weather and there is lots to do near by. |Bewilderwood is under 30 minutes away we are booking back here for that trip too! |I’m fussy about cleanliness and was really happy with the standard of our room, immaculately clean and fresh, exactly what you want, especially with kids. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return. Incredibly good value for such a superb getaway. Thank you again!
