Great location close to town and sea front. Owners and staff very helpful Breakfast is lovely with great choices Sets you up for the day. Stayed in double room with private bath room very comfortable and quiet. Thanks for a great stay will be back to be spoilt again.

Booked through work, lovely hotel, the owner is very welcoming, the rooms are clean, nice size too. Tea/coffee in the room, cozy feeling, bottle of water and a small biscuit too. I was greeted on arrival, quick checking in and shown where my room was. |Breakfast is included, great choice, lovely full English, cereal also available and fresh fruit. Nothing was too much for the lovely owner. ||She informed me they are an accessible hotel and also cater for families with larger suites available. ||The location is great, close to the beach and many restaurants too.

We have just stayed in a family room for one night and although its a little outdated the place is absolutely spotlessly clean and the owners are absolutely lovely. As a family of 3 we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I used to stay at this guest house with the previous owners and suffice to say we are more than happy with the experience under the new owners. Rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, shout out to Linda who looked after us at breakfast and tailored everything to our liking. This family run guest house is lovely and ideally located, short walk to all locations and attractions. This new owners are lovely and we had a good daily chat. We’ve already booked for next year with wider family and are also looking forward to a stay on our own. Would highly recommend

We stayed her for 3nights and the hospitality was 5stars! I travelled with a baby and a young child, the hosts made us feel very welcome from the start right until the end, the breakfast was very enjoyable. This is definitely a guest house we will be booking with again, the beach is a short walk away and so is the town, the room that we stayed in was clean and very spacious with a fridge which really helped, the beds were also super comfortable,

One of the best locations we have stayed in. Main beach is three minute walk. Area is quiet and very clean. The guesthouse provides free parking for the duration of stay that can be used to park in streets nearby, at the beach and around town. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and keen to make sure that you get what you require, swiftly.
Full English breakfast is provided at your chosen time. Quality of the breakfast is first class. Staff serves very efficiently and to your choice so that it feels like home away from home.
Rooms are refreshed daily at your request so you are never disturbed. Room and bathroom have good quality products and necessary toiletries, so you will not miss if you have forgotten anything.
The best part is that the hosts are very friendly and treat you as family members. They are very dedicated in what they do and you can always feel that their enthusiasm is really and genuine. At the time of departure we felt that we were saying goodbye to our family members. Without any hesitation we will return here every time in the future. I cannot but recommend this place whole heartedly. It will not be a chance but a certainty that you will enjoy your stay.

A lovely warm welcome from the owner. A good breakfast with lots of choice. Had to pre order cooked breakfast but that was not a problem. Always offering extra. Plenty of cereals, fruit and juices as well. Close to seafront and parking dealt with quickly by owner. 2 nights were not enough.
