This is not a hotel, it is a Hostel, and a shady one at that. From the second you walk into the hotel, it gives you the feeling that anything bad can happen to you.||Cleanliness|I have given the room a 3 star because it came with an en suite. the floor carpets to my room looked like they needed to be replaced/fumigated/exterminated or all of the above. The attitude towards overall cleanliness of the property is "Keep doing the bare minimum to make the most money possible".|Service|1. If you are checking in as a group, he will charge you £75 as a security deposit and £20 if you are by yourself. The cost to replace the dodgy keycard is £75 so do not lose it.|2. The hostel sports a microwave should you be prepared to make your way like you were looking for it through a dungeon. It is clean and not used much.|3. Bring your own cutlery and dinnerware. You do get a kettle in your room but you will have to fill the water in it from your toilet or the shower.|4. The hostel also has a communal refrigerator where the management will bear no responsibility for any lost items. The 3 days I was there, nobody kept anything in there. This should tell you the kind of a crowd this hostel attracts.|5. Mr Basha (the hotel manager/owner) says hot water is available 24/7 but the shower has been set in such a way that it does not get hot beyond a certain temperature.|6. The hotel has a free parking space you can access from Prince William Road.|7. It also has plenty of grocery shops, hotels, bars,and restaurants close by.||I made the booking for this hotel through trip.com. I had to leave a day early and I asked for a refund for that day. The owner of the hotel/manager Mr Basha asked me to initiate the refund through trip.com. On initiating the refund process the same day, Mr Basha had me and trip.com chasing him for at least 4/5 days until the matter/refund was settled through trip.com. Never book the hotel by calling them/from their site. Always use trip.com or other booking sites. Trip.com were helpful, supportive and prompt in dealing with the case because they had a reputation to maintain but the owner of the hotel who Mr Basha refused to disclose do not care about your safety/security/responsibility. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I would never go back and stay in this hotel.

Awful dirty place. This was booked only because we had arrived from France and our rental car wasn't available until the following morning. The place was so run down, stained carpets, old furniture, broken electric sockets. The room was boiling hot and the window opened about an inch. The owner had said that checkout was at 10am. He then went on to say he's only at the property from 2pm until 11pm but he'll know what time we leave because he'll be watching the cameras. Really creepy. Would definitely not recommend this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
It is a hostel, not a hotel!!!
Rooms locked at 11pm and if you leave your room you get threatened by the manager that you have broken policies
Apparently he is calling the police to report me for leaving to go outside at 11:45pm for a cigarette
He is going to take me to court and close my business because I made a complaint against his inability to deliver adequate customer service and misuse of advertising

The location is not,easy to find. The front door is not accessible as it is on a road with double yellow lines. Access is via the back door with security features and on a different road. The location is a converted large house reminiscent of bed sit history. The double bed occupies more than half of the floor space so one occupant is kissing a wall. The sheets appeared to be clean but one was ripped. The toilet is separate, more like an under the stairs cupboard. There is a shared shower in a another corridor. There are two staircases, one normal and one steeper. The rooms appear popular with white van drivers which does cause congestion in the rear car park. WiFi is good and free.

Good stay, polite staff, clean room and great location. Cost was high as it was festival weekend but all in all decent.
Shower could be better and place was being painted but can’t mark them down for that. Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was the price

Lovely people running this lovely little guest house .. Lovely beds lush shower and toilet in my room my own little space is lovely and quiet and clean.. the lady and gentleman running this place are amazing and so welcoming. Feel right at home
