Flippin pumped. Love the facilities. The equipment is great and always free to use.

At £20 a month, this is well worth the membership and as its 24 hours, it allows you to go in offpeak times. The staff are amazing, funny and encouraging.

This gym is an absolute disaster—stay far away! The staff are rude, and unprofessional. When I complained about their behavior, instead of apologising they banned me and kept my membership fees. They then threatened to ban other members because I posted about the experience. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

It’s not just their attitude either. The facility is not heated properly and freezing in winter. Smells of mould in places and frequent leaking from the ceiling.

Ram a campaign begging members for a defibrillator on the one hand while charging ridiculous prices for protein bars in their pathetic little shop.

They frequently have cheap offers on for new members, don’t be fooled it’s because few want to go here. Save your time and money - this place is a total dump. Best use for this place is start over and turn it into a Home Bargains.

So I've just been moved for work to Portsmouth and was pointed in the direction of this gym by a friend. It's a small well equipped gym with a great atmosphere, a great array of equipment from powerlifting racks and calibrated plates, to strongman bits and general body building stuff. I think I will be a regular visitor when on shift down this way and look forward to trying out the sauna and steam room for recovery in future visits. Easy to get to and pleanty of parking.

The gym has a good feel, my daughter and I have been really welcomed. Loads of helpful people around who will talk you through the equipment. Great staff, friendly and encouraging. Perfect place for newbies and experienced gym goers

I don't actually use this gym anymore but that's only due to having facilities at work.

I did join another gym a little while back and what I would say is this place is head and shoulders above any of the big chain open plan soulless gyms.

This place is well thought out, enjoyable with plenty of kit.

The membership offers are fantastic. If you are looking for a new gym then I highly recommend this place.

If I ever require a gym in the future then I for sure will be here.

Excellent gym, there is a 'Saga' class on Wednesday mornings for a general light workout and stretching. There are enough machines to suit all requirements and a nice friendly atmosphere.
