Their food is great, all their food I have ordered from them has authentic Nigerian taste. Their service is amazing too, thank you Toyosi kitchen for bringing a taste of Nigeria to Portsmouth

Sometimes food is okay. She doesn't serve meat in her soup when you order takeaway even though she charges you for the increase in prices due to inflation. This may be a Nigerian things but I believe she can improve.
The taste of the food needs to be standardised too. Same dish should not taste differently on different days. This is a honest opinion.

The food is great, but the service, not so much.

They staff leave customers waiting at the counter for minutes without even an acknowledgement. Service is unnecessarily slow considering the meals are pre packaged and some of the staff come off as rude and disinterested.

That said, the food is really good, moderately priced and have decent portions.
