I am so grateful for the few weeks I stayed in heaven guest house,it felt like home,nice treat and lovely lady called sue always checked on me I'd I needed any help.i was pregnant and she even gave my unborn baby cloth gifts which were so beautiful. Its so whelming to see there are lovely people out there with great heart|I recommend anyone who wants to be in gospel to book with sue en Collins they are so amazing people and their rooms are comfy.bless them always

I don't leave reviews on the 'digs' through work however i feel the need..yes this is a guest house, I'm staying in room one. Absolutely spotless, twin room, fridge, table and chairs. Room has been refreshed everyday, but it's the hosts that make it!!

The room was clean, light and warm, the beds were comfy, and the cooked breakfast was great. The owners Sue and Colin went above expectations for service, local knowledge, directions and were great with my son too.
We will definitely stay again on our next trip down.

Sue and Colin do go out of their way to help. I originally came two weeks ago for 5 nights then went to another place for second week. But was delighted to be able to return. I am here working away from home for a couple of months so it is important to feel comfortable!! Room 8 has French double glazed windows to a little patio. Bed made and cleaning done to a good standard daily. Breakfast is included and can basically be whatever you want. I have had croissants with meats continental style as well as some aspects of full English. Loads of storage in rooms and a modern bathroom with hairdryer. Seems to be very busy so glad I was able to book for the full duration of my stay. I would definitely recommend the Haven

I stayed here for a few weeks with family while sorting out some personal affairs. My stay was better then I could anticipate. Sue and Colin were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was always amazing and the room was comfortable and always maintained to a high standard. Difficult to find this level of service and value. Haven is aptly named as it was my haven. 💚 It is located 10 mins away from the ferry and beach and a short walk to stoke road shops.

I got put into this B and B with my daughter as we were homeless by the council! The service was amazing and the landlady help me and my baby a lot, as I was going through hell with money situation and my life! sue and her husband were there through out to help me and my 1 year old! They have supported us so much! And I appreciate it so much! And sad I have to leave. Thank you so much for all your support and love!! We will miss you all!!!

A very nice weekend stay at the Haven Guesthouse which was clean, tidy and comfortable. Sue is very pleasant and was happy to accommodate specific breakfast requests. Tea/coffee making facilities are in the room. Recommended
