THE BEST COUPLES SPA ESCAPE🧖🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🫧✨🥂

What’s included ?!!

A light lunch followed by full access to the spa facilities, including the gym, and a 30 minute treatment each at the Urban Escape💆🏻‍♀️
We had a back massage & a facial and they were soooo relaxing !!

You also get..
•1 night stay in the Crowne Plaza
•3 course meal at the Swatch Restaurant
•All you can eat breakfast the following morning

Honestly couldn’t recommend this spa escape enough.. we absolutely LOVE Crowne Plaza and we will for sure be back. We booked with Spabreaks.com for just £140 each !!🛁

Used to be a lovely place to visit, but it’s getting worse every time I go there, definitely need a lot of improvement! Broken showers, dirty, mouldy, and the swimming pool was so cold that it felt like you went in a lake outside same as jakuzzi. And on top of this they started to charge for the towels £2 it’s ridiculous!! Because facilities getting worse.

I booked a beauty treatment for my daughter and I and after waiting at the hotel reception desk for a few minutes to be told where to go we ended up arriving five minutes late and were turned away rather coldly because we were late. Not friendly, welcoming or apologetic for their ridiculously tight schedule.

Had a wonderful time at the Urban Rooms yesterday with family. Hideaway package was excellent value for money as the treatments were fabulous and a lovely lunch was also included. Farsana is an amazing therapist - highly professional and talented young lady, thanks Farsana! I hope this will be one of many visits. Thanks to everyone there for making our post-Christmas relaxation day so enjoyable.

The Urban Rooms provided a fantastic atmosphere for unwinding. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and skilled, making it a top choice for anyone seeking a peaceful morning or afternoon.

They have an extensive menu of treatments at reasonable rates as well. I highly recommend trying their back and neck massage; it's an excellent method to unwind after a demanding workweek…

Would give no stars if it were an option as called , left a message 3 weeks ago for a call back to book some treatments for my wife, still waiting on the call back...... I'm sure if you get in there it's lovely, unfortunately I failed at the first hurdle, first rule of business, call you potential customers back, it's more effective than paying for advertising !

Having spent the day at the Urban Rooms on my birthday last May, I decided to treat myself again this year to the City Hideaway Spa Package. I think the spa day is excellent value for money. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to have Jo again this year.... she is lovely and very good. I am a psoriasis sufferer and both times Jo has made me feel comfortable and has tailored my treatments to help my skin. I had the most wonderful birthday and felt amazing afterwards. I will be continuing my birthday ritual every year... and also a half birthday trip back there in November. Amazing spa.... cannot recommend enough and I cant wait to go back again! ❤ Nicola Lloyd xx

Had a great mens ESPA facial, probably one of the best I’ve had nationwide. Went with my mother who had the Deluxe Manicure & equally enjoyed it. Highly recommend and will be returning.
