Fabulous morning at Saunahood…. Wonderful peaceful environment and lovely clean facilities…. Perfect sauna and perfectly cold plunge pools…. My 2 teenage boys also loved it - ending on a 4 minute cold plunge challenge!!! We will definitely be back!

loved it! Me and my friends made use of the free parking on site, ran a 5k around the boating lake of the water sports centre and then finished off with a sauna and cold plunge at sauna hood. Placed in such a nice setting too.

A beautiful, peaceful place to unwind and feel amazing. Clean as a whistle and very well run: Ellen knows her stuff and looks after you so even newbies to saunas / cold plunge would be made to feel very comfortable. Love the chilled music in the sauna too. I felt calm and uplifted for the rest of the day and my sleep that night was deeper. I can’t wait to come back.

A wonderfully peaceful place run by an equally lovely human! The sauna was so toasty and cosy whilst the cold plunges were a delightful shock - my mind and body felt zingy afterwards! A real treat for all the senses and a little oasis of calm amongst the chaos of real life.

Skeptical at first as saunas have never been my thing, but after just one visit, I’m 100% converted.

I’ve visited Saunahood twice now, and both times have loved the experience Ellen has created! It’s a beautiful wood burning sauna with a relaxing ambiance in amongst the trees. Will keep returning and would highly recommend!
