Flawless stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet – perfect for resting after a long day. The service was excellent: friendly staff, always helpful and welcoming. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the city centre and well connected by public transport. A truly positive experience – I’ll definitely be back!

Overall great value premier inn with a separate restaurant across the way. Parking is also included - just need to punch in your registration plate into the dedicated iPad.

The staff and service were outstanding.

One star lost as they lost they don't have air con and they do provide fans - however the fan barely works to move air and was rather dirty - so no way to be cooler. Resorted to stripping the duvet out and sleeping with just the duvet cover.

Great location - about a 20 minute walk into town past the castle. Perfectly quiet for a good night's rest.

Would recommend staying but better in cooler months.

After a long day at work I was greeted in the restaurant by a cheery young lady called Shazeen. She welcomed me in with a friendly smile and professional manner and happily talked me through the menu to check I was happy with my choice. I travel all over the world for work and I have to say this was a very memorable experience for me. Nothing was too much trouble. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to Premier Inn. |Top class!

The hotel was amazing. Very quiet, comfortable and clean/tidy. The staff were outstanding with any questions I had, made sure my stay a solo person checking in was amazing. Food and Drink service was perfect, they had everything I needed. Would happily stay again. Both hotel and staff 5/5. Couldn't be happier.

The staff were so helpful and understanding. Food was good with a wide selection. Thank you. The room was a tight squeeze as we were a family of 5. However, a finer detail to cleaning would be beneficial. Location can be tricky to find. If you are after a beautiful view, this isn't your location. This is a functional stay.

The room temperature was dangerously high for people with health conditions. No aircon, which is advised on the booking site, this led me to believe they had alternatives, but the fan in the room was completely inadequate and on a two hour timer, so kept going off during the night, making sleep impossible. ||||The restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly, unfortunately I had to send my meal back, they were so understanding and couldn't apologise enough, including the chef. ||||I would stay here again, just not in the summer months.

Loved my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a really nice vibe. Great location too. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town!

Firmly enjoying my stay.
Stayed here for a week while training, found the room very cosy, the meals are very tasty and good value and the staff are very attentive and good at what they do.
Had the pleasure of being served by a member called shazeen who when questioned about the menu was very helpful and provided excellent advice when it came to her choice of the desert Sundae.
Thanks shazeen and all other members who helped make this a very comfortable and relaxed stay.
