I had a great stay at the Jubilee Hotel it really offered fantastic value for money in a peaceful and attractive setting. The location is ideal, with excellent transport links that made getting around Nottingham super easy.

The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, though it was on the smaller side perfectly fine for a short stay for one person. The only things I’d improve would be having a draft cider option at the bar, and perhaps air conditioning in the rooms. That said, I understand AC might be difficult to install in the building. You can also unlock your room with your phone which I love!

Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’d happily stay again!

Large rooms very clean with everything you need including iron and ironing board. Comfy bed with choice if duvet a several pillows in the room. Great to have a sofa and seating area with table. Lovely views. Fan was essential as it was very hot when we stayed. No air-conditioning and limited ability to open windows is only downside. Great views of the lake and wildfowl.
Great selection for breakfast.

This is the sister hotel of the excellent Orchard Hotel which set my expectations and it turned out to be completely different. It's a great lakeside location and an interesting, modern building. But in comparison to the Orchard, it's a bland, soulless and underwhelming experience unfortunately. ||Check-in took 10 minutes as the promised digital key (which works perfectly at the Orchard) never arrived and there was only one person on reception. Similar wait to get a drink at the bar with a pretty limited selection and a total lack of any ambience - it's like sitting in an empty airport lounge. Very few staff around hence the long wait for anything. Those that were present were friendly. ||Although the carpark was full, the whole hotel was deserted for my 3 night stay. ||There's an extremely limited food offering which stops at 8pm which I didn't sample. Fortunately Deliveroo came to the rescue. ||Room was average - comfortable bed and generally very clean but a bit dated, worn and with very poor lighting and a daft TV arrangement. Bathroom ok at best. ||On morning 2, there was no water in the whole hotel. ||I'm already booked in again in a fortnight on a non-refundable reservation but I can't see myself staying again after that.

Huge comfortable, clean room with amazing view. Very glad of the fan due to the heatwave. For solo women travellers, walking back to this hotel at night alone is not for the fainthearted. It is on Jubilee campus which is a peaceful, beautiful, isolated mostly car free site which I loved staying in but walking back through a deserted campus felt unsettling.

we often stay at the lovely orchard hotel whenever visiting nottingham, however as the hotel was fully booked we decided to give the jubilee hotel a try and we loved it!! the hotel is very clean and modern, located in a stunning lakeside setting - doesn’t feel at all like it’s located on a uni campus!! the room was very simple (was the lowest rate room) but perfect. lovely clean bathroom and nicely sized bedroom, with opening sliding wall length doors to a little garden area. no air con, but a fan machine was provided which kept us cool. the bed was super comfy and we both had a great nights sleep, would highly recommend!!

Excellent hotel and great location. The bed was so comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of vegan options. The staff were really helpful and even messaged in the day to check in that everything was okay for the second night. Would highly recommend!

All staff were very friendly, room was amazing and clean, I enjoyed the breakfast with a good few options and the view of the lake was lovely. The tram is about a 10 minute walk away (15 to the center) and a few local pubs, restaurants and shops are close. The only concern I have is with how loud the doors are to the rooms as they can slam quite hard when opening/closing them to go in and out of the room. A few times it woke us up and we felt a little guilty when we did it for the other people staying, other than that it was a good experience and would recommend people stop here.

Jubilee Hotel is a fabulous hotel, great staff in reception, cleaning team and Spokes Cafe.

I got room 140 which is a double single bed room, excellent clean and well maintained and was at a excellent price of £80.00 + £5.00 cancellation insurance through booking.com for a night.

The room was excellently ready with all beds, Iron, Ironing board and complementary coffee and tea.

Checking in system is very simple and easy and the staff at reception were excellent.

Great breakfast facilities and food, parking facilities and late night facilities such as a excellent quality code machine and excellent lounge areas.

The hotel has excellent parking and wonderful garden area views from the lounge areas.
