Best hotel to stay at in Nottingham (and I have stayed at many for work). It’s not overly fancy but it’s clean, comfortable, great bar and breakfast. Staff are helpful. Only slight negative is the gym is very very small and hard to find

Great stay here. Nice room, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Location may not be right in the centre but it's close enough to walk easily and in a quieter location that many city centre hotels plus close to the train station. No on site parking.

What can I say other than WOW what a wonderful few days I’ve had at leonardo hotel all thanks to the absolutely AMAZING Libby and Claudia every day I got up and I passed them they made time to come over ask if I had a lovely day and my nite was comfortable and if there was any thing they could help with and on the 2 occasions I misplaced my keys they where so happy to help me all while smiling telling me not to worry any problems they where more than happy to help these two employees truly are exceptional people and the hotel is most definitely lucky to have these two such beautiful helpful happy souls . THANK YOU SO MUCH LIBBY AND CLAUDIA

Overall, this hotel is quite good, and I’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s centrally located, with parking available for commercial vehicles and right next to the mainline station.||There are escooters just outside, and plenty of taxis available for easy transport.||Room - very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.||Temperature - easy to control and worked well.||Bathroom - great shower facilities.||Breakfast - Excellent with a wide variety of options.||Bar - inviting and reasonably priced. The food was delicious.||Staff - Everyone was friendly and helpful.||Key cards - They need improvement. I had to repeatedly ask reception to reset them, and I overheard other guests facing the same issue.

We booked to stay here last minute after being let down by another site, and booking was quick and easy. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent bathroom. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in a UK hotel, there’s loads of choice and if you need anything different just ask, they’re very willing to cater to their guests needs.|The hotel is well situated on the canal with easy access to the city centre. The train station and the arena are both less than a 10 minute walk away, along with many great restaurants and food places. |We will be staying there again next year for the playoffs. Very highly recommended.

It was fine, nothg spectacular, just above okay. However the carpet floors were not the cleanest and dirt, black strings or streamers were visible on 3 corners of the 2 beds - like they just pushed the dirt over to hide it?! Everythg else was fine.

Lovely hotel with, really helpful friendly staff, especially Robin who was courteous, funny very professional & helpful.
Rooms were spotless, bed & pillows so comfortable.
Was left a welcome chocolate box from Abbie was so cute.
Will be back.❤️

Came up for the weekend. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and a good choice. Husband missed not having hash browse. Bar staff could do with some more Training on cocktails. But overall very happy 😊
