We asked Gill if she could put together an afternoon tea for mourners to take away with them following my mums farewell, as a wake was not permitted.
It was perfect! Fingers sandwiches, 2 scones, lashings of cream & jam & Victoria sponge & all boxed & wrapped with ribbon as requested.
It put a smile on everyone's faces after a sad 40 minutes previously.
