Samphire Sauna - Hastings

We had a wonderfully relaxing experience at Samphire Sauna on Hastings Pier, our hostess Lucy was absolutely lovely. We were treated to a complimentary baklava on arrival as a celebration of their anniversary. The saunas were a toasty 85degrees, and despite the rain and wind outside, were kept toasty. There are changing rooms and the cold water showers and cold bucket are brilliant. We were also able to use their incredible salt body scrub which smells gorgeous. There are seats on the deck and a stunning view of the beach. Lucy made sure we had water to drink and a few refreshing slices of oranges at the end of our session. We would definitely recommend Samphire Sauna, and had a brilliant time there with our friends.

Booked a private sauna session for 1 hour when some friends came to visit and it a great experience. The facilities were clean, the views were fab and the sauna was hot! It was a hot day, so the cold bucket shower went down a treat. Will be back again, especially in the winter months.

I loved my first visit to Samphire Sauna on Hastings Pier that I was back 2 days later. The view from saunas is amazing - the beach and the sea nothing else. When you come out the area is cute and sheltered so you can even sunbathe. People who run and use the sauna have been a joy to spend an hour with. Definitely a top destination in Hastings!

Lovely experience and a welcome addition to the locale. Quite rustic with cosy saunas retrofitted into retired horse boxes, but the charm is wonderful particularly with the wood fired sauna stoves and scent of the raw wooden cladding.

To be able to have a traditional sauna and a dip in the sea is a truly magical experience that everyone should try (in my opinion)

Really brilliant session here, gifted to me by some friends for my birthday. Loved it. Fab view out of the sauna, kept really clean. I was also surprised how private it felt, given it is on the pier. I spent the rest of the day feeling relaxed and recharged - I'll definitely be coming back!

Had a fantastic experience at Samphire Sauna. Everything was spot on – the sauna was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly positioned with beautiful sea views. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the cold shower was just the right level of bracing! A brilliant way to relax by the coast. Highly recommend.

SUCH a wonderful experience.

The booking system was super easy to use, we had the warmest welcome, the facilities were great and super clean with beautiful little touches, the direction in which they faced was perfect for wild sea views... and to top it all off, because it was their 2 year anniversary we got fresh orange slices, baklava, and the most heavenly lemon body scrub to use while there.

This is already a 5 star experience, but if the business wanted to make it even more exceptional, I'd make the scrub and treats automatically part of the experience, with a warming tea, and maybe some cold plunges to alternate with the sauna, on top of the cold showers.

But seriously well done guys, we go to a lot of outdoor saunas and absolutely loved this one.
