Very good for the price , perfect location for Old Town Hastings, Room some what shabby wardrobe needs fixing ( it’s not safe due to mirror door not secure) Bed knob fell off , could do with better balcony furniture (this was rusty and uncomfortable) shower leaking so not a lot of pressure. Bad smell of damp as soon as you enter the front door.On a positive note room was clean and a warm welcome.

Great place to stay! Stayed before and had lovely room with views over seafront. This time views over back alleyway and ensuite was very very tiny and not suitable for a mature person's. So would check rooms before booking again.

Amazing little find ...and on the beach front by the old town ..modern and clean ..lovely staff ..and handy its over their fabulous fish restaurant with the most amazing light battered fish I have ever tasted ...the room had mini fridge with 2 bottles of water supplied..shampoo towels and hand soap ..only thing for me was a chair or a stool would have been a great asset to sit on and look out window or to dress ..this is just my preference as I'm disabled ....but all in all great place to stay . Cant wait to come back again soon ...

We stayed at the one bed apartment for 3 nights. The whole experience from start to finish was delightful. The living room is so spacious and so tastefully decorated and it has the most amazing sea views. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and even a washing machine! The bedroom has lots of storage space and the bed is very comfortable. Both sofas in the living room turn into double beds so you can sleep 6 at this apartment which is amazing for the price. Don’t forget to visit the Master Fish Bar where they cooked the most delicious fish and chips I had ever had. The fish was so fresh and moist and to top it all off they provided gluten, dairy and egg free batter. Wow!

Lovely, comfy spacious room and gorgeous bathroom, in a great location, perfect for a relaxed weekend in the old town end of Hastings! Has all been recently renovated so very clean and immaculate. What more could you want for a weekend by the sea?!

We stayed for a weekend in suite 7. The room was very clean, modern, prettily decorated and spacious. The view was spectacular and the location very convenient. The owner was very friendly and accommodated our last minute request for an additional overnight stay. Dog friendly rooms for an additional charge.

Overnight stayed ruined by owners trying to rip us off with an alleged additional £30.00 pet charge at the point of checking in, causing a huge argument before we had even started our stay horrible place run by crooks laughably they claim to be pet freindly room was on 3rd floor with no lift, fire alarm panel showing fault throughout stay... Room sits above a chip shop I could go on with the volume of reasons why I rate this place as the worst in Britain avoid avoid avoid

What a amazing little find can’t wait to go back
We booked for Easter weekend and was very pleasantly surprised
We did have a leak under the kitchen sink but as soon as I told someone he came straight up with me to fixed it. So can’t complain about the service at all
So looking forward to going back end of May
