We know the pub is great recently stayed at the Dog House and it is terrific. Lovely bed and bathroom. Great room with spacious high ceiling. Lovingly decorated with great personality. And extremely dog friendly which was over and above expectation. Also really easy for getting in and out of the room - no check in staff needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience! Made a last minute booking after being let down by another hotel, and very glad we did!

Amenities were excellent, the room was huge and the staff incredibly friendly. A particular highlight was the rainfall shower. I can also recommend the food from the associated pub downstairs, this was also very impressive!

We had an amazing stay at The Doghouse while exploring Hastings! The 6-bed was so spacious with really comfy beds and two showers, and the tea/coffee space was really handy. Everything felt so curated and well thought out, will definitely recommend to friends planning a trip.

Had a gorgeous stay here with my 4 year old daughter. The king size room was lovely, with so many beautiful touches (like the yoga mat & mat cleanser - why don’t more hotels do this) The decor was really tasteful, the bed was gloriously comfy, and the staff could not have been more helpful, clear comms and easy self-service check in. I thought it was great value, and super convenient location right next to the train station. A little gem.

Fantastic stay with the rooms being individually decorated, clean and well furnished.

My recent stay at The Doghouse was truly exceptional. The location situated mere yards from the train station, bus station and taxi rank, made navigating the town and surround areas a breeze. The room itself was impressive, well decorated, spacious and boasted an outrageously comfortable bed that almost convinced me to stay an extra few days just for the great sleep
However the true standout feature of The Doghouse was the excellent pub and restaurant located downstairs. They offered a vast and diverse selection of craft beers and a well selected wine list bith of which only compliments the already outstanding experience but it was the culinary delights that truly stole the show. The Singaporean street food served was nothing short of exceptional with each dish exceeding expectations.
Overall I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at The Doghouse, I honestly couldnt fault it, a perfect stay and a memorable experience.

We’ve had two recent stays in the Super King room at the DogHouse Inn and really enjoyed both. The room is beautifully decorated and furnished, warm and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is perfect with a lovely big shower and the bed comfy with quality bedding. Just two relatively minor things which would take it to the next level, a coffee machine and a tv!
