This is a relatively small and concealed caravan park that is the perfect place for getting away from it all. The site is kept immaculate and most of the caravans have decked raised patios and a few, well kept gardens. There is a club house that has had It's kitchen and cellar updated recently and the friendly, welcoming staff provide meals at weekends and some week days. There is also entertainment at times throughout the season.

I visited my brother who owns a caravan on the park. It was great to get away from busy life and have a lovely relaxing two weeks! There is a good size fishing lake which is free to fish and a welcoming clubhouse which is run by a very lovely, friendly lady. Everyone on the park is very friendly and the owner is very helpful. Can't wait to visit again!

We love to escape our busy lives in London and seek some tranquility in this lovely quiet and friendly Holiday Park. We enjoy the early mornings sitting on the decking drinking coffee and listening to the sounds of the birds. There is a nice fishing lake and play park for the grandchildren. The clubhouse is a great place to meet and catch up with friends, whether its joining in the activities, listening to the guest entertainers or attending a coffee morning. Nothing we enjoy more than sitting with a glass of wine in the evening watching the sun go down. We are very close to Hastings and Rye and would highly recommend to anyone.

My sister in law owns a caravan on this site. A lovely site about 2 miles from the beach, with ample parking and lovely grounds I would recommended a stay here. The club house is friendly and dogs are allowed in as well. At the weekends it's open in the afternoon and the evenings, in the week it is open only in the evenings. There is also a lake and you can fish in it although unsure of the cost to do this. Overall a very nice caravan site with friendly people.

A lovely, clean spacious caravan with tv, microwave, comfty beds, everything you need and more. They only have 2 caravans for hire as the rest are privately owned. The site is easy to find. Everyone very friendly. Facilities are limited with a clubhouse with entertainment some evenings (as we where they for just a week didn't need any swimming pool etc) They hosted a Jubilee Day with bbq (which we where invited too). They also have a pond which you can fish from too. The park is really close to Hastings, Rye, Battle etc. A corner shop, take aways, cafe etc. all close. A really lovely family holiday (except the weather of course!).

A peaceful and lovely site, and what a fab caravan we hired. Very comfortable with everything and more that you would need. Kevin and staff were really helpful with our complicated arrival dates ( family wedding issues!) and that added to what was a relaxing break. Highly recommended

Just another week of relaxation fishing chatting with other holiday makers.
Always feel so welcome, And a surprise of a shiny new caravan, wonderful shower, even a washing machine.
A £6 cab ride takes you into Hastings for three people, cheeper than a bus.
We just love this place, can’t wait to book again. *****

A lovely, friendly, well kept, quiet, private caravan site. It's our "bolt hole" and we love it. Rye, lewes, Canterbury, and hastings old town are our favourite, day out, places to visit.
