We celebrated our special day at Caswell House this April. From our first visit we fell in love with the beautiful venue.

Every member of staff at Caswell is friendly and accommodating and everyone is there to make your day feel totally special. Communication from the very first visit up until a month post wedding can't be faulted. We were incredibly lucky to be assigned the brilliant Anna to support us on our day and she continuously went out of her way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From making sure we both had everything we needed to running around moving and organising things for us on the day. So many of our guests complimented the staff throughout the day and no request seems too much for the staff at Caswell.

The venue itself is stunning but all of our guests commented on how beautiful the accommodation rooms were and what a great stay they had had at Caswell. From small touches in the rooms to an incredible spread the morning after, there really isn't anything Caswell don't think about. It is a fantastically well organised venue.

We couldn't recommend Caswell House anymore, it's the perfect wedding venue.

We celebrated our wedding at Caswell House in October last year. We fell in love with the rustic, Cotswolds location & knew this was the wedding venue for us.

All staff were friendly & accommodating. We loved the indoor setting with it’s beautiful gardens. A huge plus was the accommodation on-site for friends/family to stay. Most of the guests who stayed wished they could have enjoyed the accommodation for longer!

Everything flowed seamlessly on the day. From the ceremony, turn around into the wedding breakfast, to the evening set up. Nothing was too much trouble & we had the most wonderful day!

Ross & Ross were truly outstanding for their catering. All the dishes were delicious..!

A big thank you to Anna who helped to co-ordinate with all our wedding providers and personally supported us on the day. Also thank you to Kelly who took over in the evening.

Caswell House is a dream location & their team is excellent! We highly recommend them..!

I have had the pleasure of capturing a couple of weddings at Caswell House and both have been absolutely stunning. Such a pretty stone bane with the lovely Cotswold aesthetic. Really good indoor and outside spaces, with bride and groom prep rooms and beautiful grounds/gardens. I always look forward to returning!

My husband and I were married here in February 2025 and Caswell made our day all we dreamed of! I can't put into words just how wonderful the team is here and how incredible it was to have Zoe, our day of coordinator, going above and beyond. They are truly professional and know how to care for you, your family and all your guests! As a planner, and after putting a lot of work into our wedding, it was such a relief to be able to just enjoy the day feeling great in the Caswell teams hands. Oh and all our guests have told us how the Caswell kitchen served the best wedding food they've ever had! The list goes on- you won't regret booking Caswell

My daughter’s reception and dinner were held at the Caswell House on February 8th of this year. I cannot express my sincere admiration for the exceptional beauty, uniqueness, and individuality of this venue. The staff has demonstrated remarkable skill in transforming this venue into one of my most cherished memories. The venue’s aesthetic appeal is so captivating that minimal dressing and decoration are required. The staff’s professionalism is truly exceptional. Their friendly and hospitable demeanor is complemented by their exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Caswell House is such a magical venue. As soon as Liam and I drove in for the first time we knew we couldn’t get married anywhere else. Anna was an incredible coordinator from start to finish. She was always quick with replies and could answer any questions we had. Because of Anna the morning of our wedding was super calm and relaxing and the day went incredibly smoothly. There wasn’t any point in the day that myself or Liam were approached by anyone with any questions or concerns-everything went ahead perfectly. Their ability to maximise the decor we provided was outstanding and they turned the rooms around quickly and beautifully. All our guests were very complimentary of how beautiful Caswell House is along side the service and quality delivered by Ross & Ross. With planning a wedding we were basically just guessing what we think would work, Anna reassured us in a meeting that everything was covered but now our day is done it is clear that Caswell House know what they are doing and do it very well. You are safe in their hands. We wouldn’t change a thing. Massive thank you to Anna and the whole team, our day was perfect thanks to you and having the Christmas tree up was the cherry on top! We got married at the beginning of November and it was just the best and most magical day ever! From the moment we booked our date over 2 years ago, every email was answered quickly by the team and no question was ever to small. On the day Anna was our wedding co-ordinator and she was amazing - so friendly, professional and made sure everything ran smoothly meaning we could just sit back and enjoy the day knowing everything was taken care of! The venue itself is stunning and all the staff on the day were incredible. Our guests only had amazing things to say afterwards, including (for those who stayed) how beautiful and comfy the rooms were and how delicious the food was. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be and so much of this was down to the team at Caswell making it happen - we really could not recommend them enough. Thank you so so much! x

Caswell House was the perfect place for our wedding. From the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful Oxford stone and its beautiful gardens, we knew this is where we wanted to get married.

The team was incredibly responsive and so helpful. Kirsten was amazing! On the day, they went above and beyond. They were so flexible, and their main priority was for us to not feel rushed or stressed. Even our suppliers kept praising the staff and the facilities.

Caswell House offers great wedding packages. When trying to find a venue, budget can be a massive thing, and Caswell has packages for everyone, including options for Sunday weddings and weekdays. We were so impressed by their catering of choice too, the food was incredible.

I would recommend Caswell to anyone looking for the most amazing day. We cannot thank the staff enough!
