Thank you for everything you all did on Sunday 23/2/25 for Kara & Glen’s wedding day 🤍 Lady Dalton wove her magic and had the guests spellbound in its beauty! The food and staff were amazing, everything was first class and the whole day was amazingly magical! Dear Alice, Vikki, Ian, Cameron, Enzo and everyone at Dalton,

A HUGE thank you to every single one of you. Our wedding was Saturday 7th June and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish - we cannot fault a single thing!

Enzo was so welcoming and attentive to myself and the bridal party and the hair and makeup girls, he’s so friendly and kind he is a true asset to your venue.

The food was absolutely beautiful we’ve had so many comments saying it’s the best wedding food anyone has ever tried.

Apologies to Vikki for having to keep my crazy aunty in check, thank you so much for keeping everything running smoothly and a big thanks to Ian for the lovely pictures he took and sent me and also for holding the umbrellas for me when it rained before the ceremony!

Alice thank you for all your hard work behind the scenes putting everything together, you made the whole process so easy I haven’t had a single ounce of stress at any point.

From the bottom of our hearts thank you so so much for helping create the best day ever and making my vision a reality - I wouldn’t change a single thing about the day - your venue is truly stunning everyone has commented how beautiful and unique it was - and your staff are all incredible.

A year ago today marks the most unbelievable day of our lives. The most perfect Christmas wedding we could ever have wished for. The venue speaks for itself and at Christmas time it was even more spectacular, if that’s possible! We can’t thank the staff enough! We still talk about how attentive they were throughout the whole experience and all the extra little touches on the day made it even more special! They went above and beyond! We have to thank them for looking after our grandparents and helping my grandad get around in his wheelchair. Nothing was a problem despite the amount of emails I sent in the run-up! We also have to mention how unbelievable the food was, the truffle mash potato and beef is something my friends talk about now. No doubt the best venue in the UK, wouldn’t have changed a thing! The most beautiful venue I have been to and just perfect for a Christmas wedding. Staff are lovely and very well organised. My photos don't do it justice unfortunately and don't show the area where the marriage took place which is stunning. Hopefully someone else I know will get married there so we can go back again!!

From the moment my husband and I first stepped into your incredible venue, we knew it was something truly special. Back then, it was still a work in progress—a building site, not yet ready to host weddings—but even then, we could feel the character, charm, and passion that filled the space. Seeing Ian and Vikki’s vision and dedication gave us complete confidence that our wedding day would be nothing short of spectacular.
As we returned closer to the big day and saw the venue after its restoration, we were utterly overwhelmed by how breathtaking it had become. The progress made us so emotional; we cried, knowing how lucky we were to celebrate our love in such a magnificent space. Being even a tiny part of its story was a privilege, and we are in awe of the love and care poured into reviving this historic gem.
The lead-up to our wedding was handled with exceptional professionalism by our coordinator, Alice. She was always available to answer our questions promptly and ensured everything ran smoothly. Her kindness and efficiency took so much stress out of the planning process, and we are endlessly grateful for her support.
As for the wedding day itself - wow. Where do we even begin? Every detail was flawless. The care, attention to detail, and warmth from every single staff member were unparalleled. From the moment we arrived in the bridal suite, to the very last dance, everything was seamless. The staff’s kindness shone through, and it was clear they genuinely love what they do. A special thank you to the Manager, who went above and beyond to assist our elderly grandparents with such care and thoughtfulness - it meant so much to us. Many of our guests have commented that Dalton Old Pump House is the best wedding venue they’ve ever been to, and we couldn’t agree more. It is truly spectacular, one of a kind, and absolutely breathtaking. You’ve created a space that feels alive with love, history, and magic.
To everyone at Dalton Old Pump House; thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’ve given us memories we will treasure for a lifetime. We can’t wait to return for afternoon tea and relive the joy of our wedding day!

THE MOST AMAZING VENUE FOR OUR WEDDING

After originally having our heart set on getting married abroad, we heard about Dalton Old Pumphouse and thought we’d pop in for a look. Immediately walking through the doors we knew this was the place we’d get married.
The venue is breathtaking and has the most amazing feel to it we just felt so comfortable there.
The staff are what truly makes this place shine, Nathan, Alice and Cameron are a true asset to the place and nothing was ever a hassle for any of them.
Fantastic communication from the day we booked our wedding to the day of, the attentiveness was second to none they really make you feel special.
Can’t put in to words how incredibly tasty the food was as well, we had so many messages from our guests raving about the food which let’s be honest is always mediocre at a wedding but the chefs at dalton really outdone themselves every single dish was incredible!
Amazing atmosphere, fantastic drinks selection and just all round perfection.
Thank you all so much for making our wedding the wedding of our dreams we wish we could do it all over again with you all.
You should be so proud of the amazing venue you have created Ian and Vikki it blew us away!
