My sister and I booked a SPA Day and what stood out was the service and the stunning views and location. Jodie was outstanding on reception. Steam room was hottest I’ve experienced. Beauty rooms were beautiful, dark, smelled gorgeous and my treatments with Samantha were lovely. Samantha was professional, just the right massage pressure, attentative, knew when to talk and when to leave me be.

Outdoor relaxation area was lovely, robes and towels were clean.

Food at restaurant was lovely, good price good options.

Improvements. Cleaner in parts, weeding around relaxation area and down by lake. Towels could be softer. Drainage in showers Everywhere.

I’ve run spas and clubs for years so it was a treat. Staff made all the difference and the day though.

Came for dinner and the service was exceptional. Amber welcomed us with a friendly smile and kept us well looked after. Natasha and Eleanor were extremely attentive and made our meal very enjoyable. The food was delicious, very homey and heart warming. Jithin was on bar and was extremely friendly and kept us entertained. Overall our trip to lythe hill was one for the books and me and my wife will be returning maybe for a weekend away rather than just a meal.

Booked a spa night away with a dinner and we had a wonderful time! The dinner was top notch, we started with arancini. For mains we had a steak and chips, venison and tomato salad. The meats were lovely but the salad was very average. We were served by Lilah and she was a great server, made us feel very welcomed.

Highly recommend! Overall great experience!

Nice hotel, looks like an old Manor House which has been converted.
The room was neat and tidy, well decorated. Had a safe, iron and ironing board which was handy. It was warm so very good to have an air conditioner in the room although it could have done with a mini fridge.
Well catered breakfast spread.
Free to use spa facilities included gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, nice patio area for sunbathing.

I came here for a birthday getaway with my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were amazing, polite and friendly. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in didn’t want to leave once we woke up in the morning. Room was perfect size. The grounds that they have are so scenic and pretty. The food was incredible too as the steaks we had were brilliant quality and Well priced. thank you for a birthday I won’t forget.

Have just spent a night here with my husband for our anniversary. I cannot fault this hotel. We booked a bed, breakfast, dinner and spa package. Staff are extremely friendly and went above to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Food in the restaurant was 10/10. Room was beautifully spacious and clean. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.. can't wait to return x

Very comfortable beds and high quality bedding. All staff extremely friendly, made me feel comfortable. Mitch told me about the history of the building. Appreciated breakfast on weekend until 11.00am as this gave me a chance to use the spa and pool. Lovely warm pool, large enough for a nice swim. Lovely sauna and steam room. This morning was able to read my book on the terrace where there are sun beds with a lovely view over the grounds. Great showers in spa, great quality products. There was a party but did not keep me awake and my room was quite close. Appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room and biscuits. Vegan breakfast very nice, good range of breakfast, including lovely fruit and pastries.

My husband and I were staying, as a getaway before my mother’s celebration of life. She loved the countryside and we thought it only appropriate to celebrate her life in nature. The Voco hotel seemed so fitting with the walking trails and we splurged and went with the King Suite.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Roshin and Bridgette. They were extremely welcoming and so kind to us. We got wrapped up in conversation about why we were there and they extended such empathy to us for our loss. From there, the stay was nothing short of magical!

We spent the day walking the grounds and hopping on the Serpent Trail that’s connected to the hotel lands. Breath taking!

We ordered room service and the meals were so delicious and the service, top notch.

The king suite is definitely the way to go, as you get to stay in the oldest part of the building. The room was clean and comfortable, and we slept like babies.
